Terrible after sales service Bought Ford Fiesta from them and good sales service, but not so good warranty service. Have transmission issues (Ford Fiesta). The dealership acknow Bought Ford Fiesta from them and good sales service, but not so good warranty service. Have transmission issues (Ford Fiesta). The dealership acknowledges my vehicle needs clutch replaced. Ford acknowledges the issue on Fiesta's in general and has extended the warranty on Fiesta transmissions for this issue (instead of issuing an official vehicle recall) and I also have a used car extended warranty so you'd think I'd be in pretty good shape to have this fixed. Despite all this, it's been eight months with this issue and the dealership has not fixed it. First appointment I arrived and they told me they have to reschedule - the transmission guy was away the entire week (not sure I buy that). I kept phoning and checking and they told me the parts (Fiesta clutch kits) weren't in and blamed in on Ford. They were terrible at keeping me updated so I called them once a month. I finally got fed up and called Ford Customer Care centre. The service manager apologized but said someone left and my file got misplaced. They then booked an appointment for me but changed the date three times. When appointment day came I showed up at 8 a.m. like they said and they told me they could not do the repair (Thanks for phoning and letting me know). The clutch kits had to be returned back to Ford parts and apparently Ford is shipping the dealers new ones. I don't know if this dealership is just that inept or can't be bothered to fix what they sell or giving me the run around. It's a shame as aside from one other brand of car, I've been buying Ford my entire life. They can boast about their warranty, but in the end your warranty is only as good as the dealership. More
Absolute worst buying experience ever! We recently purchased a 2014 Fusion Titanium. Supposedly loaded. It turned out that most of the removable added options (premium mats, cargo cover, etc) had all been removed. When we test drove the vehicle on Friday it has approx. 12,300km on it. The dealer knew we were buying the vehicle and kept it over the weekend to order snow tires. When we picked the vehicle up on Monday it now 13,500kms on it. The sales person flat out lied to our faces saying that NO ONE DROVE THE CAR, I SWEAR! The sales manager said "it's not marked in the sign out book, that means no one used the car" . . . really? How stupid do these people think their customers are? To add insult to injury, we couldn't even take the vehicle home that day because no one bothered to check to see if everything worked! The GPS did not work. In fact, the card had been removed! 3 days later, we still don't have a car. Now, if all that wasn't enough, the dealership also didn't feel it was necessary to detail the car before selling it. It was filthy inside and out. I will preach it from the rooftops if I have to ....... DO NOT USE THIS DEALER!!!!!!! You also don't want to use their service department because I took my previous vehicle in and they tried to strong arm me into a $400 tuneup and made it sound like if I didn't agree to it, my warranty would be voided. . . .FAT . . . DUMB . . . and . . .HAPPY . . . . They don't care, they don't have to. They knew we were unhappy with the overall experience yet felt disinclined to turn the experience around. More
I Purchased a brand new Lincoln MKX in 2012, it has been in for regular service 3 times and all 3 times the mechanics have either not done the work shown on the check sheet or not advised me of issues. One in for regular service 3 times and all 3 times the mechanics have either not done the work shown on the check sheet or not advised me of issues. One example, the check sheet had everything checked including the air filter, however when I got home I checked the oil level to make sure it was changed and up to required level. It was, but I noticed there were no finger prints on the air filter cover. If they checked it like they said, it would have had fingerprints in the dust on it. When I checked, I found it very dirty with insects and dust, obviously they didn't even look at it. The sales people were great, but the part that really matters, the service, sucks. *** People, if you are having service done at this dealer, check to see if you're getting what you paid for. More
