AWESOME! As one who has spent most of my personal career in Sales, Promotions & Management, I was very impressed with my first encounter with Sergio Paulo. Wh As one who has spent most of my personal career in Sales, Promotions & Management, I was very impressed with my first encounter with Sergio Paulo. When I arrived at Vickar's Main Street location, I had stated that I was not buying that day or in the immediate future but would appreciate some information and pricing. Several older salesmen became "busy" but asked Sergio if he would mind looking after me. He responded with a wonderful smile and "of course". The rest as they say, is history. Over a course of several months, Sergio remained in touch by phone and by text, attentive but not overbearing, and always a gentleman. I am not easily impressed, but Sergio was an exception. Although I have dealt with Steeltown Ford over the years, between having Sergio as my "go to" person and Mr. Larry Vickar's answer to "why should I buy from Vickar's", I have chosen to deal with Vickar Ford. Picking up my brand new Ford Edge Company Car Right from meeting Raquel Cass I had confidence that the delivery of my company car would go good. I was wrong, it went excellent. Raquel had my Ford Edge washed, tires armoralled (sp?) and 3/4 full of fuel. Within minutes I was all signed up and ready to take away my new company car. She walked me over to Michael in service, who also instilled a lot of confidence. I really felt that when I will need to bring it in for service it will be done quickly and efficiently. I must say that I didn't ever think I would write a review like this as I have had many cars over the last 23 years but this place has started off better than any other and much of that goes out to Jaquel.
