Brought my truck in for a battery issue (still under full warranty). Was told it was needed for 4 hours to do a full discharge/recharge to test battery. So I left and came back 4 hours later. To my knowledge warranty). Was told it was needed for 4 hours to do a full discharge/recharge to test battery. So I left and came back 4 hours later. To my knowledge the truck had not even been looked at. Then hour and a half later was told battery was 50% and many modules need to be updated, and I needed to bring truck back for 2 FULL DAYS. They didn’t bother to charge battery. Also told no loaner was available for 2 days (wrong - Ford warranty covers this). Long story short - called another dealer - battery test is 1 hour and will replace under warranty if needed. Module update separate - need for full day and will give me a loaner no charge. Obviously Vickar does not know what they are doing and wasting my time. Probably the most unimpressed I have ever been dealing with a dealership service. More

Complete garbage. Truck lariat 150 hybrid is a lemon. Ford won’t do anything but bandage it until warranty is up. Everyone I dealt with or interacted with were excellent people = from salesman - Ryan , Manager - Kyle , finance guy [sorry I forgot his name] to the point,and friendly and patient a joy to do business with ,and never,never felt like a chore !!! and I was surprised on how knowledgeable Ryan was on the vehicle I was interested in and also bought . He was amazing and helped setup ford pass , touch screen and assist in getting to know the vehicle.Even the lady at the Reception desk - friendly and aprocable Thank You Dom for having such a fine , top notch team all professional in their own right !!!!
