Don't get me wrong the other service guys are great. Benny always took great care of me also even when at a previous dealer and I always had great confidence in him. When I needed urgent service, him made it happen. He was the reason I choice Vickars for 3 brand new cars over the last few years. I don't usually do surveys, I actually hate doing them so don't be surprise if I don't respond, I don't like surveys that correct me. Oh Well! More
