Oil change Vickar treated us with respect and didn’t actually lie to us as the other dealership (birchwood) had. I will NEVER deal with birchwood again but will gladly take my business to vickar. They listened to my issues I was having with my vehicle and suggested options. Coffee was available (yeah!!) and tv and very comfy seats. My car was even washed when it was done! Thanks and great job More

In Service, Bill, Ryan & Brad have been excellent in accommodating my service requests, providing useful advises that you don't find over the internet and providing a " Service" in real sense of the word. I have no reasons to not call any of these guys if I have a car problem. They are definitely not there to up sell you anything. They are just doing their Jobs! semi annual check up tried calling for the service number and got put through to service where the phone rang about 30 times before general manager recording said that vic tried calling for the service number and got put through to service where the phone rang about 30 times before general manager recording said that vickers was closed. this was about 7:30 to 8:00 am called back again after 8am and was put through to service again and it rang for another 30 times with no one answering again. finally on line I got to book appt. next day brad helped me with my appointment. everything went well. inspection found leak in rear axle which was fixed on warranty. brad was great and helped me a lot. cashier was a little abrupt and told me my car could be found in row 3 when actually it was in row one. good thing that could press the horn on the key fob and found the car that way. More

Bumped-Up Service Appointment I had a scheduled service appointment for the upcoming Tuesday morning. The week before, I had noticed a hum that intensified as the week went on. F I had a scheduled service appointment for the upcoming Tuesday morning. The week before, I had noticed a hum that intensified as the week went on. Figuring it was a wheel bearing, I didn't want to drive it outside of the city, so I dropped it off on Saturday afternoon, expecting them to look it on Tuesday. Instead, I received a call early Monday morning that they had my vehicle in the shop and it was indeed the wheel bearing. They took care of that and the scheduled service items a day early.
