Service I have given a rating of 3 - average rating. I brought in my 2018 Equinox for an undercoating inspection for 8 am. Now because of the length of time I have given a rating of 3 - average rating. I brought in my 2018 Equinox for an undercoating inspection for 8 am. Now because of the length of time for this service to take place meant that I would have to wait approx. 4-6 hours for my vehicle. As we are from out of town, we didn't have anywhere to go (malls aren't open until 9:30-10) and didn't feel like sitting in a mall for this length of time. My concern is why wouldn't we be offered a vehicle. Luckily for us - we know a couple of people - who took it upon themselves to get a vehicle to go out and shop, etc. I would gladly provide a 5 star rating to those people for sure. Now my other complaint is summer is fading fast and I had a problem with the intercooler freezing up this past winter. Haven't heard a thing about the fix - they replace something and said it should work, which it didn't - not until is warmed up. I am concerned on spending another winter sitting in the lounge area for 4-5 hours each time. I believe I had my vehicle in 3 times last year...I do not want another season of it. And wished that some would tell us that GM has fixed the issue - and turn my 3 star rating back into a 5. Please that is all I am asking for. Not too much to ask. More

Service Visit I would rate your service middle of the road. Every time I go there for service (which is not alot) I always find some things lacking. In a previous visit it was money missing from my change left in the vehicle. This was addressed with the manager. This time the vehicle was not properly cleaned on the outside after undergoing a rust application check. As well the FOB did not work when I wentr to get thew vehicle but I managed to get it to work. The cleanliness was addressed by the service adviser but caused a delay in my departure. On a positive note I find your sales team top notch. More
