Oil change Vickar treated us with respect and didn’t actually lie to us as the other dealership (birchwood) had. semi annual check up tried calling for the service number and got put through to service where the phone rang about 30 times before general manager recording said that vic tried calling for the service number and got put through to service where the phone rang about 30 times before general manager recording said that vickers was closed. this was about 7:30 to 8:00 am called back again after 8am and was put through to service again and it rang for another 30 times with no one answering again. finally on line I got to book appt. next day brad helped me with my appointment. everything went well. inspection found leak in rear axle which was fixed on warranty. brad was great and helped me a lot. cashier was a little abrupt and told me my car could be found in row 3 when actually it was in row one. good thing that could press the horn on the key fob and found the car that way. More
