Poor information on known recall Talked to service adviser about my 2014 Dodge Caravan blowing cold air on drivers side and hot air on passenger side - asked if Chrysler had a policy Talked to service adviser about my 2014 Dodge Caravan blowing cold air on drivers side and hot air on passenger side - asked if Chrysler had a policy or recall to repair - as it is a known problem. All he could say was no policy or recall offered by Chrysler and $140.00 to diagnose - would I like to book it in - hard to say what the problem is but maybe in the $400.00 to $500.00 range. I declined the appointment - went to Crestview Chrysler - checked VIN for recall - shows a recall for this exact condition R62 - REPROGRAM HVAC CONTROL MODULE - THIS WILL BE DONE AT NO CHARGE TO YOU. Booked vehicle to be repaired - Thankyou Kevin from Crestview - Dilawri should train their people. Scarry - just bought a new Murano from Regina(Dilawri) Nissan - not a great sales experience - hope the Murano doesn't require service. More

Since more and more days are passing, my hopes from this dealership are vanishing. 3 weeks has passed still no proper response. I am so disappointed right now, they can not normalize 5k loss with few oil changes. I am not being delivered what i was promised. Feeling cheated right now with more passing days. Their sales people need to focus more on the specs and understanding customers instead of tricking them and making fake promises. And seniors are just covering them up, they can’t make excuse saying you have signed the documents, it shows that for these guys just the transaction is important. Once its done then you are free. If customer is trusting you with something, don’t trick them. So disappointed. Only sales is important for these guys, customer value is zero More

There was a small leak and I had t After having some trouble with my tire I took my vehicle to Triple Seven (where I bought it) to get it checked out. There was a small leak and I had to add air to my tire every few days. When they looked at it I was told that it was not able to be fixed cause the hole was too close to the sidewall and that I would either have to buy at least 2 new tires or else make an extra trip to the gas station each week at add more air. When I asked about the tire warranty I had purchased with the vehicle they told me they don't keep that on file so I left the dealership without purchasing new tires. After looking into my warranty a bit more I have now come to the realization that not only do I have tire and rim warranty, I have 2 that cover the same thing! I took my vehicle to Chrestview Chrysler to see if my tire was able to be fixed and turns out it was! So this is my buyers beware. I will never buy another vehicle from Triple Seven, I have had nothing but bad service there. All my business will be going to Crestview from now on! More

Camila was fast and efficient and setup everything right away. The service was done perfectly and quickly and they even washed my car which was very dirty with sticky mud. They spent a lot of time to clean it, and for free. In the meantime, I asked for a technical piece of advice and right away a technician was aivalable I highly recommend the service at Triple Seven More
Earned my business from now on I never bought my dodge from this dealership but I needed to get it serviced and the dealer I normally went to was booked up. These guys had my truck done well before the time they estimated and even did an full inspection. All the front desk staff was very inviting and personable! The mechanics were very knowledgable and efficient. I will now be using them for all my maintenance from now on! More
Terrible Customer Service I bought a new vehicle less than a year ago. While the sales person was fantastic to deal with, the other staff encounters were horrible. The finance I bought a new vehicle less than a year ago. While the sales person was fantastic to deal with, the other staff encounters were horrible. The finance guy, Martin Kaytor, was rude and obnoxious. He was more concerned with leaving work early for a football game than actually doing his job. When my vehicle went on for the protection package, my keys were handed over to Martin then misplaced for 24 hours. I went to pick up my vehicle once it was finally ready only to be stranded with my infant. I had to have family drive in from out of town with the spare keys. The next day Martin called "advising" me that i should have known where my keys were even though the rest of the staff were unable to find them (they searched the dealership for over an hour). He once again was rude and obnoxious and blamed everyone other than himself. Based on this experience alone, I will never buy another vehicle from any place he is even remotely connected to. Despite the terrible service, I decided to give the service department a chance. While the work has so far been sastisfactory, trying to call and actually speak to a real person is painful. Every time you call you are transferred at least four times only to get a voice mail stating they will call back at their earliest convenience. Gone are the days of real customer service. They are about the all mighty dollar and screwing over the customer. More

Much better than I had with the other Jeep dealership in Regina. Odai was an amazing salesman. Since our first meeting he has been open and listening to me and he understood my needs. I wanted to get a manual transmission and right away he proposed me a drive test with one of the wrangler available. As I was not interested in a vehicle on stock but by a factory order, Odai was not pushy at all and even if he tried to get me a very good deal, he understood my request and help me out to find the right Jeep. He was very diligent to ensure that I will get what I wanted to get. During all the ordering process he was available to answer my questions, gave me the statut update of my new car when asked and informed me as soon as it arrived. He took a good care of my new Jeep ensuring that it was ready on time and he help me out to get my new registration. By far, my experience with Odai is the best I have had with a car salesman since I arrived in Canada. I highly recommend Triple Seven and particularly Odai as a salesman and definitely I will buy my next car with him. More
