Service is AWFUL I wish I could give the service team negative stars. I called and booked a service appointment for our vehicle a week prior, and when we showed up for I wish I could give the service team negative stars. I called and booked a service appointment for our vehicle a week prior, and when we showed up for the scheduled appointment, we were told no appointment had been made. We explained that when we booked the appointment, the lady we spoke with told us the part we needed was in stock and to bring the vehicle down on Friday between 7:30am-8:30am. They said they didn't have anything on record but will fit us in anyway. After chasing 2 vehicles down to the other side of the city and back, we got home and got a call from them that the part we were told was in stock, wasn't actually in stock, and that we needed to come back to pick up the vehicle. When we went back to pick up the car, no one said anything about compensating us for the gas and time wasted because of there mistake. We had to ask to speak to a manager about getting compensated, who untimely decided he would have to "investigate" the situation further before compensating us. Why would we have showed up for no reason, other then being told we had an appointment booked. For fun? Also, when we asked about getting our gas compensated for, apparently it mattered to the manager as to how far away we were coming from. He googled our address to see if we live far away enough to get compensated for our troubles. Very disturbing that this company thinks this is quality "customer service". Safe to say that we will be doing anything possible to avoid this business going forward and telling others to avoid as well. More

Was travelling between AB and MB when developed a truck issue. Although relatively minor it needed resolution before I could continue. Received very prompt service and reasonably priced too.
