Triple Seven Chrysler

Called me about my challenger cause they had a buyer and wanted to possibly purchase the vehicle, told me a number and we couldn’t agree. Salesman told me the number would be good for a month then triple 7 wanted to possibly purchase the vehicle, told me a number and we couldn’t agree. Salesman told me the number would be good for a month then triple 7 proceeded to call me wanting to appraise it again. No only did they not appraise it again like the lady said they then backed out on the original number and made me wait for 2 days to hear back from the salesman even through text. I texted back constantly wanting to just know what was going on. Wasn’t happy obviously as they told me the “market” had changed. A new salesman called me the next day wanting to buy the challenger again, told him they just told me they didn’t want to buy it yesterday he was confused and said he’d get back to me. Hasn’t called or texted for days. Waste of time using these guys, they don’t talk to each other and they only value you if you’re buying a vehicle. They don’t care about you or your time after you’ve signed the paperwork. More
