I had found a vehicle at this dealership that we wanted to test drive. Got a call from Salesman Mark. He stated that the car was being held with a down payment and was being held until Saturday for the purchaser. So Mark suggested another vehicle. He sent a video showing that car. I told him I was interested in coming to test drive and I questioned if their dealership would be open on Good Friday. Mark stated it wasn't but offered to come in on his day off to show us the vehicle if his boss would allow him to. He stated he would text me and let me know if it was possible. I awaited a text back all day and finally at the end of the day on thursday he sent me a message saying his boss told him no, it was a holiday "and he should go enjoy it with his wife". I texted back, no problem and that that was all I needed to know and that we would come to test drive on Saturday morning (driving 3 1/2 hrs). When we arrived today, Mark came to us and said that another employee had "SOLD IT YESTERDAY" (despite this being good Friday and we were told the dealership was CLOSED". He then proceeded to try and get us to buy a car for 3000 more money than we wanted to pay. We did test drive the car that he said was being held with a deposit, as he stated ..."it has to go and he's not waiting for this lady to come back". So we went to leave the parking lot in this other car, he was sitting in the back of the car, and we had to wait for a co-worker to move another vehicle before we could pull out and Mark says, "he's not a very good driver, just wait you'll see why in a minute" and as we pull past, the driver was an East Indian gentleman wearing a turban. Highly disgusting and racist comment to be made!!!!. Needless to say we did NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!. I would not recommend this place as they are nothing but racists frauds. We drove 3 1/2 hrs for nothing!!!! Terrible customer service. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!. More

Ken, Sales Rep, rushed around to get the long process started. He also raced around to get a good price, a vehicle that suits my needs and wishes. The paperwork took some time but he kept me updated the whole time. The transfer/trade of my old truck was a smooth process. Wonderful team The paperwork submitted late. Other dealership took my payment out. Was told to contact my bank to fix the problem. My bank was very helpful and corrected. Unknowingly rhe previous dealership refunding my money. The new truck payment came out a day earlier. Upset that I found out (misunderstood what was told to me). The monthly cost is what I pay every 2 weeks!! So, I am now paying more then double on this truck each month. Very nice trick with bells and whistles. It is worth to struggle bow and make sure money is in the account early??? I don't think so. Very disappointing day and now coming years More
My experience from has been disappointing, to say the least. The “Customer for Life” deal without the disclosure of the necessity to have all servicing done, on their timeline, or losing access to the pr least. The “Customer for Life” deal without the disclosure of the necessity to have all servicing done, on their timeline, or losing access to the program is legally questionable. Additionally, I purchased a new vehicle in January 2025, it began going in for repairs in February 2025. To date, we have not resolved the issue despite 4 or 5 attempts. The last time I was once again found myself walking from downtown Regina, called to say I was having trouble getting there, told I needed to hurry up because the staff needed to get home and no, they wouldn’t drive me. Ended up getting chased there which was somewhat beneficial as having to run got me there fast enough to get the staff home on time. Asked to speak to the general manager, and of course, haven’t heard a word. If you have a similar experience, there is consumer support offered through the Saskatchewan government. They will ask you to go to another dealership to work on the repairs first, from there, you will be able to move forward both legally and legislatively. More
Salesman was super to deal with, but it took four months to find second set of keys. I am still waiting on part that was suppose to be installed the week after I purchased the vehicle. Hopefully my experien to find second set of keys. I am still waiting on part that was suppose to be installed the week after I purchased the vehicle. Hopefully my experience isn't typical. More
Overall quick and easy process, good communications between all parties. Vehicle in excellent shape exactly as advertised despite some confusion on tonneau cover and still paid sticker. Which was -2 st between all parties. Vehicle in excellent shape exactly as advertised despite some confusion on tonneau cover and still paid sticker. Which was -2 stars for me. More
