No salespeople running over each other trying to get to the door first for a possible sale - gentle smile. And even better, for a prospective buyer, none of the truly annoying (and insulting) running back and forth between a sales person and the manager regarding prices. Rather, Jonathan Yueh helped us measure the car we thought we wanted and when it wasn't going to be suitable, he helped us find the style of new car that would work for my husband's medical scooter and showed us an Outlander - which would be perfect for our needs. No pressure at all ... gentle kindness and true caring - wow!! Matthew (the Manager) was very friendly and caring and there was no pressure at all from him either - and we were offered a very fair trade-in value for our loved older car. And to add to the lovely experience, when we met with Mo Zhang, their Financial Services Manager, even though we were exhausted and asked endless questions, he was not just patient, he took great care to explain everything every step of the way. Between the three of them, they arranged and assured the medical lift was transferred from our 'old' car to our new one - all with smiles, caring and gentle humour. Truly an incredible experience! Life Changing and Simple! I walked in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted and ended up getting the brand new, bigger model for a better deal. I was referred to Kimberly and couldn't have been more impressed. Everyone was so patient with me, especially after I had changed my mind and went in for the bigger model. It took a whole week and it was the last one in the lower mainland, but I've got it! Financing was a breeze, Mo really took the time to walk through every question I have. I'm so happy to have walked away knowing that I looked at all of my options and was able to take the time to do it with them. Outstanding, Amazing, Stress free! Today i walked into the dealer not knowing what i was going to get. She went above and beyond to find the car i was looking for. I told her how i booked a test drive with another dealer because i didnt find the car i wanted online. She told me that they had a couple in stock and would gladly get one so we could try it as well. After going through all that she spent the time to find out what i could afford on my budget. My personal opinion of car sales staff changed she didnt pressure me once to buy the car and wanted to make sure i was in love with it. I can honestly say I'm going to refer all my friends and family to her. More

excellent service on a Sunday After driving on a low tire to two different gas stations (on 22 inch rims with low profile) tire we were "stuck" not wanting to ruin the rims. We slowly rolled across the street to Mitsubishi in Poco, Oxford Connector. Although the service department was closed as it was Sunday, we were greeted with exceptional can-do friendly service. Matthew Cha & Farzam Molaei rolled out the red carpet for us. They insisted on checking if they could get the air compressor working for us. After searching for about 15 minutes for the attachment nozzle, they found it. I just learned from my fiance that Farzam was going to go home and get his own air pump for us to use!!! We were totally blown away with the the courtesy, professionalism, and positive attitudes. They would not let us leave until they figured something out- oh and might I mention they absolutely would not accept any form of payment for their troubles. Not a penny! My fiancee was pleading for them to take money. They all had smiles and great personalities NOT to mention that Adam Lambert is now washing our vehicle as we sit inside in the air conditioning . We highly, highly, highly recommend this dealership and will definitely keep it in mind when we need a vehicle or service! Thank you Poco Mitsubishi!!! More

Amazing customer service!!!! I recently visited Go Mitsubishi in Port Coquitlam in search of a new car. I was immediately greeted by a very friendly receptionist, and she directed I recently visited Go Mitsubishi in Port Coquitlam in search of a new car. I was immediately greeted by a very friendly receptionist, and she directed me to a salesperson immediately. I was interested in a Mitsubishi Lancer and went on a test drive and fell in love. The car was amazing and the service I received was even better. They actually gave me more on my trade then I expected and seemed to continuously want to go the extra mile for me. I felt no pressure to purchase and that they really did just want to help me get what I wanted. There sales manager checked in on me during my visit with the buisness office, offering me coffee and lunch! He also gave me a tour of the dealership and introduced me to the friendly staff from the service and parts department. All in all it was an easy hassle free experience and I was so pleased to be given the treatment I received. This was not the first dealership I have purchased a car from, but it will definetely be the last! Thank you Go Mitsubishi!!!!! More

Why I Will Never Be A Customer The first thing I'm going to say is that I have never written a review for anything prior to this post. I went to Go Mitsubishi in search of a new car The first thing I'm going to say is that I have never written a review for anything prior to this post. I went to Go Mitsubishi in search of a new car. The sales person who I worked with was approachable and friendly. I took a 2015 Lancer for a test drive and was not convinced about the quality of the car and the overall feel of the drive. I am used to driving a VW and trust me, German cars are far superior then competitors like Mitsubishi in terms of quality. Once I returned from the test drive the Sales Manager sat down with us to talk about numbers. I told the Sales Manager that I would rate the car a 6 or 7. His comment to my rating was "you can't compare a VW with this car, you'll get used to it"... by that point I knew this car was NOT for me. Regardless, I wanted to see the numbers worked out to get an idea about payments. The Sales Manager became very pushy and insistent while utilizing complete lies to try and get me to sign on the dotted line. He told me he would only give me the fair value for my trade in that day and only within those hours. He told me that these cars are flying off the shelf and they in fact were short on the exact car I wanted.. even though it was a brand new 2015 which was the majority of their stock on the lot. When I told him that I wasn't ready and had to look around he began to literally insinuate I was dumb and making a mistake for leaving such a great deal on the table. What a joke, especially considering that Go Mitsubishi centers their marketing on key words like "fair, friendly, non-commission.. etc. etc.". After leaving I received a call from the Sales Person who apologized for his Sales Manager blunt and laughable lies and pressure tactics. I told him I would not be buying a car for them ever and left the conservation at that. Over the next month I continued to receive multiple cars from them in regards to my interest in a Honda Accord.. never had I ever mentioned any interest in a Honda. The guy who called one time even tried to convince me to trade in my newly purchased 2015 Jetta for a Mitsubishi.. LOL. No thank you, DO NOT Go Mitsubishi! More
