ToyotaTown - Service Centre

I've been going to ToyotaTown since 2017 when we moved to London. My husband unfortuanelty is on disability and uses a walker, so it's my income that keeps our family going. ToyotaTown has been beyond amazing each time I went in. Dennis has been so brilliant and honest with me about everything that pops up on my 2007 Yaris. Just recently the muffler starting getting loud. Brought it in, and yes they could have fixed it but it would have been over $2000. I don't have that. And we also knew the car is getting older and things just keep popping up. Dennis even tried to help to see how I could keep the car until at least the end of the year. My husband and I made the decision it's time for the car to go play at it's last resting place in the carlot in the sky. No idea how we will do things with a walker and wheelchair, but that's another story. Many thanks to ToyotaTown and Dennis for amazing service. Much appreciated. Totally recommed going to them for your car needs. And when I win the lotto and can buy a new car I will be back :) More

We want to thank all the staff at Toyota Town especially Dennis Dabous. We had an issue with our Rav4 not starting for us. This is the first time our car has let us down. The issue was the battery. Always excellent service from Todd Servant and members of the Service department. Todd is very knowledgeable in explaining all facets of what needs to be done to both my wife’s Rav 4 and my Corolla.
