It is never our intention to leave a guest waiting 15 minutes before being acknowledged, and I certainly understand why a 2-hour service time for an oil and tire change felt excessive. To provide some context, we are currently in our peak tire-change season, which is always our busiest time of year. Unfortunately, we have also recently navigated some unforeseen staffing shortages that have put additional pressure on our service team. While we strive to maintain our usual pace, we clearly missed the mark during your appointment. I also appreciate you pointing out the internal tracking number/tag left on your vehicle. That is a small but important detail, and we will be reviewing this with our service team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We value your business and your recommendation despite these hurdles.
