One of the biggest mistakes I made was visiting this Toyota service centre for a recall. The entire experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I dropped off my car in the morning, and unlike other Toyota service centres, they refused to provide any shuttle or Uber service and insisted that I arrange my own transportation. There was ZERO service updates throughout the day. I had to call multiple times, and no one answered. When someone finally picked up, I was told the service team had already left for the day and left my car keys with reception. When I asked why no one informed me, there was no explanation. They then expected me to reach the dealership in 10 minutes from North to South London, as they are going to close, which was impossible. The receptionist said I should just come the next day instead. When I asked for the manager, he said he could leave the keys and invoice inside my car—but also mentioned they were not liable if anything happens as they all are leaving. Very irresponsible and unacceptable. On the same day, I asked the parts department for a quote. The staff gave me a price but openly said she wasn’t sure if the part even fit my vehicle. If the parts staff doesn’t know, who does? Overall, this was the worst service experience I’ve ever had with a Toyota dealership. Poor communication, lack of professionalism, and zero customer care. I strongly do not recommend this service centre. More

Thanks to Marie for enabling the efficient method of in-person payment. Truly an enlighting and pleasant experience resulting in a vehicle that must now be that best it can be. More

I recently brought my 2016 Corolla in for some much needed brake work. These people were great. From the moment I made my appointment to the final completion of the work, they kept me informed through needed brake work. These people were great. From the moment I made my appointment to the final completion of the work, they kept me informed through the process. The mechanic sent me a video to show the damaged parts and what needed done immediately and also what could wait. He did a tutorial so I saw and understood everything being done. I was contacted by phone to discuss all my options throughout. Always polite and friendly. Great crew! I am happy again driving my old car knowing that it is safe because of a job well done. Kudos to this crew and to those responsible for hiring them. Also a shout out to Gwen who helped me so much when I purchased my car so long ago. She has contacted me several times through the years to see how I'm doing and to make sure I'm still happy with my car. Lovely women, great sense of humor. I recommended this dealership to my daughter last year when she was buying her new car. She's also a happy customer and has been treated with the same care and respect for all her service appointments. Five stars all the way! More
Steering work done n/c but had to get an aliment at a charge. This is a Toyota problem not dealer ship.
