I traded in a 16-year old Highla extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I am so happy with how I was nicely treated. Toyota cars are so good. I traded in a 16-year old Highlander that still works very well. Michael figured out for me a RAV4 XLE that has all the functions I need: dynamic backup camera, heating seats and wheels at low gas consumption. I am so happy to have purchased it.
