I've been with Toyota-Town for over 20 years and have had some bad experiences with two service advisors in particular. ToyotaTown regularly gives me the best service of any dealership that I have ever dealt with. Bear in mind that my wife and I have owned 10 new vehicles between us (not Toyotas) up until this one. Toyotatown gets me in right away, the wait is always reasonable, they fix my car professionally and efficiently, let me know if anything else is needed, wash the car and then get it back to me at a very reasonable cost. This time around, Dennis D. was very friendly and professional and my car was ready - clean - sooner than anticipated. Great job Dennis! More
