This is my third visit to SUN TOYOTA since they have been purchased by The Wheaton Group. My most recent visit has once again reflected the improvement that this Service Department has seen since Scott has t purchased by The Wheaton Group. My most recent visit has once again reflected the improvement that this Service Department has seen since Scott has taken over as Service Manager. I think it says a lot that he is a very hands on Manager and is actively involved with the customers when they are having their vehicles in for service. I am beginning to feel that the Sun Toyota Mechanics that are working on my vehicle are actually knowledgeable, and looking after the vehicle in my best interest, rather than just to make the dealership profit. I appreciate that any questions I have regarding my vehicle's condition can be sufficiently answered immediately, and that I no longer seem to be getting a dog and pony show that is filled with inconsistencies. I have recommended Sun Toyota to family and friends in recent months as a Service Department that is definitely worth their while to check out. In my opinion Scott has been a great addition to Sun Toyota, and I look forward to continued improvement with the quality of work that the Service Writers have displayed. More
