I went twice at this dealership 1st for buying and than for a minor tyre repair. Both the times I felt as the employee behaviour as they are doing a favour to talk to me. I was referred to Sun Toyota by a friend. I had been looking to buy a car for quite a while but kept putting it off because my last car buying experience was a complete nightmare !! I was treated with kindness, patience and most importantly, Respect! I knew I wanted a Rav4 , but I knew nothing about them. Every tiny detail was explained to me from inside and out. My options were all laid out and at no time did I ever feel pressure. I trusted all the information that was given to me. When I drove away in my new car I was confident I had made the right choice.
