Thank you for taking the time to provide us your feedback. You are right, since the change in ownership it has gotten far busier. Managing growth is a tricky thing. We are proud to have won the prestigious Pinnacle Award for Customer Service Excellence from Toyota Canada in 2012, the first year we took over. We believe our staff are working hard to ensure every customer experience is great. We have limited shop space and parking so it does get congested. We have continued to expand our team including a Customer Care department to help our customers feel we are working hard to co-ordinate the extra volume we are dealing with. Our new facility will help with all of your concerns. This construction is under way and should be open in the Fall of 2014.
