This is my first time with this dealership. I purchased my Prius new from Gateway Toyota, Edmonton a couple of years ago. Over the past year, it is becoming more and more frustrating dealing with this de my Prius new from Gateway Toyota, Edmonton a couple of years ago. In fact, we purchased another new car this summer, and did not even consider buying another Toyota because of our negative experiences with Gateway Toyota. So, with winter tires needing to be installed, etc, I tried SunToyota, and this first experience has been very positive. They did a full service on my car, and the car was actually ready when they said it would be.. the shuttle actually came when it said it would ... the price was as predicted.. and I didn't have to wait outside in the cold weather watching the employees inside and then be part of a stampede to get into a long and miserable lineup at 7:30 am.. followed by a late arrival at work. All in all, I am very pleased with this first experience - it was a good impression. More
