Scott is a great addition to the Sun Toyota Service team. He actually listens to a customer's concerns, and in turn comes up with a suitable solution to resolve whatever the issue is. I purchased my vehicle from Sun Toyota in late 2009, and brought it there for all of it's service. Over the years I had become frustrated with their quality of service (or lack their of) and was about to take my vehicle elsewhere. That is when The Wheaton group purchased Sun Toyota, and Scott came in as the Service Manager. Rather than just sit in his office behind a closed door, he was actually around the Service desk where I was expressing my concerns about some issues that the Service Writer had been brought to my attention regarding previous maintenance. He overheard what was going on and came to address the situation. He not only resolved the current issue at hand, but also a previous major issue that I was unable to have resolved with two prior Service Managers at that same dealership, as well as Toyota Canada themselves. In my opinion Sun Toyota's Service Department has improved by leaps and bounds, and are well on their way to providing superior customer service. I really appreciate the fact that the Service Manager takes the time to say hello and talk to me as a customer each time that I have been into the dealership. I have gone from asking everybody I know with a Toyota about whether they like their Service Department, to now strongly recommending they try mine! More
In my last oil change and filter cleaning I was hoping my gasket and my engine oil to be checked in order to detect the leaking and prevent my engine from being dammaged. No reasons of my engine dammage was gasket and my engine oil to be checked in order to detect the leaking and prevent my engine from being dammaged. No reasons of my engine dammage was given to me.The rate of the labour is higher that prevent me from doing service at your chop on a regular basis. More
Excellent service!! As soon as i walked in the door i was greeted and introduced to the sales managers. I was then introduced to the service team that was working on this day. My purchase was quick and simple. My payment was very well explained to me. Even down to this air conditioning tax that needs to be paid. More

We dropped by Thursday before noon to look at a Highlander which we were considering purchasing. We sat inside one inside the dealership and after 20 minutes no one bothered to approach to ask if Highlander which we were considering purchasing. We sat inside one inside the dealership and after 20 minutes no one bothered to approach to ask if we needed help. There was at least one salesman walking around but he avoided eye contact with us. We left and I was quite upset and called to speak to a sales manager. He claimed they were busy despite what I said about no eye contact from this salesman walking around. He offered to sell me the SUV but I told him we would go elsewhere. More
