Dear Customer, this incident occurred a year ago, because we are not sure of your customer information we have not been able to reach your directly. We have attempted to reach you through Dealer Rater but you have not responded. Our goals are always to speak to a customer shortly after they enter the showroom while trying not to come off as suffocating. We would hope if you are in our dealership again you would experience a completely different reception.
