We dropped by Thursday before noon to look at a Highlander which we were considering purchasing. We left and I was quite upset and called to speak to a sales manager. He claimed they were busy despite what I said about no eye contact from this salesman walking around. He offered to sell me the SUV but I told him we would go elsewhere. More
