Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We have created a call center with 2 full time employees, and have 3.5 advisors now to handle the extra volume of business we have, we schedule them so we have an advisor here from 7 am until 5:30 or 6. The only time you would not be able to speak to an advisor would be for an pre arranged after hours pickup where the invoice should already be reviewed with the client. During snow tire season it gets hectic and we do our best to accommodate everyone including the overwhelming phone calls we get for snow tire quotes. I am sorry that you feel the service here has declined, we are receiving lots of positive feedback from customers on all the changes we have implemented to keep up with our growth. Managing growth has its challenges, many of the dealerships operational issues will disappear with a proper facility. 9 more months.
