Veronica was very helpful with making the appointment promptly and phoning and explaining the extra work needed on the car maintenance. I came in to the service centre for an oil change and to have my wiper blades replaced. Because I didn't know the proper terminology, it took a bit of time to convey the message that I just needed new rubbe have my wiper blades replaced. You got a bad rating for customer service as I was taken back to the location about 45 minutes before my vehicle was ready, even though I specifically asked the driver if my car was done. Veronica had told him she didn't think it would be done by 2PM and so, when he called, I asked if he had checked to be sure the work was complete. He said yes. If I had known I would be sitting for 45 minutes I would have had my husband take me after work. Honesty is the best policy. Veronica was very friendly and gave a detailed description of the work (before and after) and Paul was prompt and courteous in providing me with batteries. More

i have been a Sun customer for many years. Ever since Wheaton has taken over the dealership, the service level has dropped. calling service you only get into contact with a service rep maybe 1 out of 3 t Wheaton has taken over the dealership, the service level has dropped. calling service you only get into contact with a service rep maybe 1 out of 3 times. i leave my name for them to call me back, half the time i never get a call back, the other half it takes hours to get back to me. things are missed, and when i arrive anytime after 4:30, there is no one there that can answer the most basic question on the service order - merely that here is your bill, pay it. significant decline in service over the past year. More
