We took our '05 Corolla in to get new tires and mentioned that the car had been sitting for awhile. The service department tested the battery on their own and informed us that the battery was not h mentioned that the car had been sitting for awhile. The service department tested the battery on their own and informed us that the battery was not holding its charge, so a new one was required. We are glad to have found this out before we were in a difficult situation. So thank you! More

Veronica was very helpful with making the appointment promptly and phoning and explaining the extra work needed on the car maintenance. I came in to the service centre for an oil change and to have my wiper blades replaced. Because I didn't know the proper terminology, it took a bit of time to convey the message that I just needed new rubbe have my wiper blades replaced. You got a bad rating for customer service as I was taken back to the location about 45 minutes before my vehicle was ready, even though I specifically asked the driver if my car was done. Veronica had told him she didn't think it would be done by 2PM and so, when he called, I asked if he had checked to be sure the work was complete. He said yes. If I had known I would be sitting for 45 minutes I would have had my husband take me after work. Honesty is the best policy.
