From the moment we walked into the showroom on Saturday and met Alvin Pelayo we felt comfortable. We knew which vehicle we wanted so Alvin showed us all of the possibilities and with Kun Wu's assistance we and met Alvin Pelayo we felt comfortable. We knew which vehicle we wanted so Alvin showed us all of the possibilities and with Kun Wu's assistance we were able to select a RAV4 with the options we wanted in our price range. We then met with Daryll Baltazar to establish the price and some basic addon information. The following Monday we returned for a longer test drive and then met with Michael Limcango to go over some added protection plans ie. undercoating, rustproofing and tires etc. Michael was very good at putting together a package (not on the price list)we could afford. On schedule Thursday the service department had installed our extras and we returned to pick up our new RAV4. At this time we met with Deepinder Singh who explained the extended warranty packages available. Deepinder was really great at offering us options that we might want. In the end we just couldn't justify extra warranty though and Deepinder was respectful of our budget limitations. Alvin, Kun and Deepinder were all very helpful in offering great incentives for us and we really appreciate the extra efforts they went to make us very happy with our deal. Making a large purchase like this is stressful; but the Sun Toyota people were very easy too deal with and we ended up with a vehicle we love and we're very glad we walked into their showroom. Unlike the other showrooms we were in it was very relaxed and uncrowded. We would recommend Sun Toyota to anyone! More
