I thought my entire visit was fantastic from the free coffee I was offered at the drop off to the popcorn I was offered at pick up. The shuttle driver was very friendly and so was Veronica. I listed 51 street not 51 avenue. Why Long term employees who I have known for years no longer there with change of ownership. It takes time to build trust.
