I have had my Rav4 and Corolla serviced at Sun Toyota ever since purchasing the 2011 Corolla at that dealership (My 2011 Rav4 was purchased at the dealership in Sherwood Park and was NOT a good experienc ever since purchasing the 2011 Corolla at that dealership (My 2011 Rav4 was purchased at the dealership in Sherwood Park and was NOT a good experience so I never returned). Right from the moment I contacted the dealership about the vehicle, Ashlee was as helpful as could be. When we took the vehicle for a test drive, I noticed that the struts were a little soft and made ment the vehicle, Ashlee was as helpful as could be. I did not expect the dealership to replace them without any additional cost to me. What a wonderful surprise. I had made a mistake and went in on Friday when I had made the appointment for Saturday. They where very nice and where able to get me in for my oil change that same Friday.
