Told us time for pick up. Called at home to advise other work that should be done (we postponed this due to cost and it not being a safety item). Called to advise when car ready for pick up. No longer have free schuttle. No free gift after payment for agreed work. Did not advise of move to new location until asked. Sign up in lobby showing new location had wrong address. I listed 51 street not 51 avenue. Why Long term employees who I have known for years no longer there with change of ownership. It takes time to build trust. I don't know these people although I have gone there for many years. More

Additionally she never went through my bill, she candidly dropped my keys and my paperwork on the desk where you pay and returned to her work station,real classy, with me because unsurprisingly she added a shop supplies cost to my oil change this time. So i am guessing that this company is desperate and is needing to overcharge customers in order to stay in business i guess. I Am aware her and i tangled previously before when i made mike ringrose aware when they failed to do the final check before the warranty expired which we had thoroughly discussed one month before. I am looking to replace this rav4 and knowing that i may have to deal with this set of service xxxxxxx, makes me know to go elsewhere, like sherwood park toyota. My company leased me a new Camry and I had to pick it up at Sun Toyota yesterday. From the moment I walked in the experience was so friendly and engaging. I needed to get my tire looked at as it was low. I made an appt and they were very efficient in getting me in. They said it would take an hour to find out where and what the problem is and to fix it. Right from the moment I contacted the dealership about the vehicle, Ashlee was as helpful as could be. When we took the vehicle for a test drive, I noticed that the struts were a little soft and made ment the vehicle, Ashlee was as helpful as could be.
