Great Service - very clear explaination It was my first time to have service at Sun Toyota. I dropped off my car for maintenance today, Veronica was very friendly and helpful. I used to go to a different service location and they put a permanent sticker on my windshield which no one will take it off for me. I told Veronica about the sticker, she right away put a note on the service request to have them remove it. She explained all the work that they are going to do before I sign any paper. During the service, they identified some minor problem, Veronica contacted me to explain the situation and get my consent before she advised the service representative to proceed. When the service is completed, she went through all the details with me again and explain what I need to watch for and what kind of service maintenance to expect next time. I really liked her service, she made me feel confident that the whole service department works as a team and know what happen to my car, unlike other service that the front line service rep don't know anything and just collect my money. More
