We had a BMW and were having nothing but problems with the car and dealership we bought it from. We had a Toyota 4runner before the BMW and we really liked it so my husband ( out of frustration with the B the car and dealership we bought it from. I was able to get my vehicle booked in for routine service (oil change and regular maintenance) quickly. The advisor who helped me at the service desk was friendly and courteous and was able to answer service (oil change and regular maintenance) quickly. my experience at this location was great. Very Happy with our service, We had been servicing our Scion Tc at another dealership and was fed up with the constant barrage of false service requirements that they would always find multiple failures t Scion Tc at another dealership and was fed up with the constant barrage of false service requirements that they would always find multiple failures that our vehicle needed to be repaired ( a 2010 with under 48km) we were told of failing brakes( of which it has Rotora Crolled drilled and slotted rotors and carbon pads with maybe 10km on them), burned power steering fluid,burned trans fluid,and stuff that is not even applicable to our model of vehicle, so I had the vehicle inspected at another shop,it passed 100%(which I would expect as at the time it was still under warranty,which they said would not apply for our vehicles faults) So I filed a complaint with AMVIC and will never go back there again.
