Excellent Guidance I had engine malfunction warning around 6 PM. I called the Sun Toyota. Although the service centre was closed, the receptionist at the service centre I had engine malfunction warning around 6 PM. I called the Sun Toyota. Although the service centre was closed, the receptionist at the service centre advised me to leave the car overnight so that the staff will call me next morning at 7:30 AM to talk to me about the plan to repair my car. The service supervisor called me exactly at 7:30 AM and my was fixed at about 9:00 AM. I was really impressed with the service by Sun Toyota. More

Toyota Sienna Service & Problem I have bought my 2011 sienna van from Sun Toyota. Having issues with dying my van since last 2 years. Sun Toyota tried best to solve my problem. review for my recent service appointment with SUN TOYOTA I have been going to this service center since I bought the car. The only suggestion that I have is to be more descriptive on the bill of services pr I have been going to this service center since I bought the car. The only suggestion that I have is to be more descriptive on the bill of services provided. For the third service, there should be inspection of all fluids (not sure if the fluid top up is also included or not), inspection of lights, horn and wiper and tire inspection / pressure adjustment in addition to the oil and filter change. With a quick look over the bill of services, I just noticed the oil and filter change and the other items have not been displayed in it to see if they have been taken care of or not. One of the tires seemed to be low in pressure before going to the center and knowing the services included in this time's visit, I didn't take care of that before taking the car to the dealership. When picked up the car, it still seems a bit low in pressure, not sure if they have checked the tire pressure or not. Will check it tonight to see if this is the case or not. Other than that, the customer service quality, being on time (actually faster than expected) regarding the service, and friendliness of Veronica is exceptional. Keep up the good work! More
