Dear K.B Granlund (chortik), Thank you for taking the time to review our company. I have reviewed your file and see that you have not been in the dealership since late fall of 2013. 5 months later you submitted an on line review that is very derogatory and speaks to a terrible experience with us. Under normal conditions, a service customer that has a concern with the workmanship or ongoing mechanical issues would call our Staff or Management team and express their concerns so that we can address and rectify them. Looking into and speaking with my Service Manager this is the first we have heard of it, and it is 5 months later. I take customer service very seriously, and address all customer concerns personally. I would appreciate an opportunity to discuss yours and in fairness give us an opportunity to address them. At this stage all you have done is attempt to discredit our business and credibility without even the opportunity to substantiate or duplicate anything you have accused us of doing. Dealer Rater is an independent 3rd Party site that allows consumers to provide their honest and arbitrary feedback. Any person can say whatever they wish, but in fairness we deserve and accurate portrayal, and there isn't any other customer that has not given us at least the courtesy of a call in advance of their feedback, and 99% of the time we have been able to satisfy any concerns.
