It started with the friendly prompt greeting from your receptionist, friendly & knowledgeable service at the service-desk, followed by a warm bubbly ride back to my office. I had my winters tires replaced and an oil change done. Dropped my car off at 8:00am and received a call at 10:00am, job was done! They kindly provided me with a list of things my car required, but at no time did I feel forced to get the work done/spend more money. The entire experience was refreshing, at a time when I believed customer service to be out the window. That said, I'm selling my matrix for a truck but I will continue to get my vehicles serviced here, primarily because of the customer service. The work done on my car was important yes, however, the friendly service is what will keep me coming back. Smile goes a long way too, from the manager (I assume) as I left the store. Keep up the great work Sun Toyota! More

Service at Sun Toyota I delivered our Toyota the night before our scheduled appointment and used the night envelope system to leave my keys. The next morning I received a phone call from Veronica stating what needed to be done to the car. We agreed and they proceeded with work required. When she called Veronica said our tires were getting close to being wore out and they had replacement tires if we elected to replace them. She said they had two kinds and she had the prices for both. She also explained how Michelin had a spring promotion on and if we bought them she would print an extra invoice for us to send in for a rebate. All in all Veronica is very pleasant & knowledgeable. More

REVISED Felt accused of something I did not do There is a noise/rattle near the sunroof I asked to be looked into when I was getting my car serviced, it was discovered it is from the Roof Linner. W There is a noise/rattle near the sunroof I asked to be looked into when I was getting my car serviced, it was discovered it is from the Roof Linner. When I talked to the employee on the phone to see if my car was ready he said that yes it was but that they would need my car for a full day to fix the noise and that there was some marks on the roof. I told him that the car had not been broken into so I'm not sure how the marks got there. The way he kept talking about the marks and the wording of his comments it was evident he did not believe me. When I went to the dealership to pay for the service and book for the next appointment to fix the roof he again TWICE made it quite evident that he felt that I had somehow done something. I did tell him that the only thing I can think of is when I reached up to push on the roof to see if I could figure out where the noise was coming from maybe I got it a bit dirty otherwise no idea. I wiped down the interior and it easily wiped off with a damp cloth so I guess his accusations were no valid. I have dealt with SUN TOYOTA since 2000 when I bought my first Camry and bought my second Camry in 2012 which is the one being serviced and have always felt good about dealing there but when I left on April 25, 2014 I felt that I had been treated with distrust and made to feel bad about something that I did not do. Sun Toyota Service Manager Scott McPherson called me to get information on what had happened, he had also talked to his employee to get any information he could. Apparently the employee didn't mean for his comments to be taken the way they were, they needed to know if any other services had been completed to the car by anyone else other than Sun Toyota which can sometimes be where the problem started they can try to resolve why there is a problem with a vehicle. I explained that if the question had of been worded that way I would not have been offended. The Service Manager said he would talk to him again and that this wouldn't happen again. I am upgrading my rating because of the wonderful service I received from VERONICA LIEW (not from Sandeep Prabhakar) when the car was in to be fixed and from the follow up from the Service Manager More
