The work they did was on the recall was on the driver's side control panel and as a result I cannot actually it for myself. Time will tell if it was done properly. After I did my pick up and I wondered what was done she went out of her way to come outside to explain the process to me. Toyota 4RUNNER purchase and trade in. I purchased a new Toyota 4Runner on April 21/14... I wanted to drive it, experience it and then write a review! I will say that Henry took his time I purchased a new Toyota 4Runner on April 21/14... I wanted to drive it, experience it and then write a review! I will say that Henry took his time "showing" me all the features and explained EVERYTHING fully! No corners were cut! And it already came in handy when I accidently hit a button and had to think back to what Henry told me to do!! Michael was great to work with in financing and all aspects went smooth. They both had everything ready when I said I was coming in to get the vehicle (that supported my schedule) and there was no waiting. This customer service is very very important to me and I look forward to having this customer service in years to come with Sun Toyota's service department for oil changes etc. I LOVE my new truck!
