Toyota 4RUNNER purchase and trade in. I purchased a new Toyota 4Runner on April 21/14... I wanted to drive it, experience it and then write a review! I will say that Henry took his time I purchased a new Toyota 4Runner on April 21/14... I wanted to drive it, experience it and then write a review! I will say that Henry took his time "showing" me all the features and explained EVERYTHING fully! No corners were cut! And it already came in handy when I accidently hit a button and had to think back to what Henry told me to do!! Michael was great to work with in financing and all aspects went smooth. They both had everything ready when I said I was coming in to get the vehicle (that supported my schedule) and there was no waiting. This customer service is very very important to me and I look forward to having this customer service in years to come with Sun Toyota's service department for oil changes etc. I LOVE my new truck! It started with the friendly prompt greeting from your receptionist, friendly & knowledgeable service at the service-desk, followed by a warm bubbly ride back to my office. I had my winters tires replaced and an oil change done. Dropped my car off at 8:00am and received a call at 10:00am, job was done! They kindly provided me with a list of things my car required, but at no time did I feel forced to get the work done/spend more money. The entire experience was refreshing, at a time when I believed customer service to be out the window. That said, I'm selling my matrix for a truck but I will continue to get my vehicles serviced here, primarily because of the customer service. The work done on my car was important yes, however, the friendly service is what will keep me coming back. Smile goes a long way too, from the manager (I assume) as I left the store. Keep up the great work Sun Toyota! More
