Great experience! Best Dealership that we've dealt with! We were in the market for a new SUV and we took a Jeep and a Subaru out for a test drive. We were actually considering buying the Subaru .. took it out for a 2nd test drive .. but we weren't 100% certain about the dealership or service we'd receive. I'm so glad we drove across the street to Toyota on the Trail! We thought they were closed as it was around 8pm...and we were looking at the Highlanders when Ron Bute (Product Advisor) walked over and encouraged us to take one for a test drive. We said no at first because we thought they were closing and he said they were actually open until 9pm. We took one out for a test drive and loved it. By 10:30 we had papers signed and we were allowed to take the Highlander for overnight. The business manager Ryan was amazing and Ron was extremely helpful. We met the service team and general manager. Everyone seems extremely helpful and I love their express service. Kim in service was great too! Very helpful!! This has been the best experience we've had buying a car (and we've purchased quite a few!). Keep up the great job Toyota on the Trail!! More

Negotiations were quick and painless, and I paid a fair price for a vehicle that was in excellent shape. Zain was friendly and knowledgeable, and I appreciated Gerry and Ryan finding a solution for my 17 year old beater. Will see how it goes once I begin service intervals, but for now I am very pleased with my experience. UPDATE: I've had several experiences with service to deal with minor issues not noticed at time of purchase, especially an odd noise from rear wheel well. Each incident was dealt with promptly, and Chris in particular answered all my questions and ensured my car was repaired properly. More

Buying a new RAV4 Had a great experience buying a new 2016 RAV4 from Toyota On The Trail, for my mother. After shopping around at all the other Japenese car manufacturers my mother was the happiest, and most excited about the Toyota product. Not only because the RAV4 was the first vehicle that she felt truly excited about, but the salesman we dealt with; Clayton Hillyard was very knowledgeable and informative about the vehicle. He is a person who personally loves the product that he sells, and it can shows by how he explains the vehicles features, and benefits to buying a Toyota. He's a very kind and down to earth person, and does not push you into a vehicle you want, but instead shows you what is available and helps you look for what you want from a vehicle. Both my mother and I are not thrilled at all when she is pushed around and forced into trying to buy a vehicle on the spot. As I work in the auto industry I know a lot about the buisness, but I did not once feel as if we were getting the 'run' around from Clayton. Something I can't say about some of the other dealerships we went to. All around he was a super awesome person to deal with, and the whole experience from start to finish was phenomenal. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in a Toyota to go see Clayton. For the financing portion of our experience we dealt with Ryan Hunt who is another very friendly person to deal with, and was very informative, and helpful explaining any fiance questions my mother had. It was an excellent experience and there was no draw backs to dealing with Clayton or Ryan. If I could give them a 6/5 rating I would. More
