Our dealings with Don MacDonald, Derek Beaulieu and Ron Bute, however gave us a very respectful, pleasant and informative experience. Cathy Buswell in the reception area is also second to none. We purchased a 2017 Toyota Corolla LE and love the vehicle. The reason for us dealing at Toyota on the Trail was because of our dissatisfaction with service at another dealership. The purchase of our 2013 Corolla went OK, but their maintenance service was very poor. An oil change was almost an all day experience. I decided to try Toyota on the Trail for my next servicing and was amazed at the difference in the quality of service. Veronica Liew rocks. Veronica also remembers you when you come back in on your next visit. Highly recommend this dealership. More

Friendly, informative, helpful. Great experience right from the time I made the first phone call, to driving off the lot. I live 4.5 hours from edmonton and Toyota on the Trail was Great experience right from the time I made the first phone call, to driving off the lot. I live 4.5 hours from edmonton and Toyota on the Trail was extremely accommodating. Once arriving I was offered coffee while waiting for Ron. I only waited for about a minute before greeted by him. Ron was very informative on all questions asked and everything I would need to know about the car. He took me on a dealship tour and introduced and pointed out people who I may be dealing with in the future. While I was dealing with Catherine in finance, Ron pulled my trade in around and transferredover the remaining few things in the car and the license plate. Catherine was great, very easy to speak to, went over all paperwork diligently and made sure that I understood everything I was signing. She also took the time to fax some paperwork to my insurance company. Once everything was signed and I was good to go, Ron took me back to his desk and supplied me with the paperwork and owners manual that we had gone over earlier and Derek came over to shake my hand and make sure my experience was good. All around great experience, thank you to everyone at Toyota on the Trail who made my experience so seamless! More
