Negotiations were quick and painless, and I paid a fair price for a vehicle that was in excellent shape. Zain was friendly and knowledgeable, and I appreciated Gerry and Ryan finding a solution for my 17 year old beater. Will see how it goes once I begin service intervals, but for now I am very pleased with my experience. UPDATE: I've had several experiences with service to deal with minor issues not noticed at time of purchase, especially an odd noise from rear wheel well. Each incident was dealt with promptly, and Chris in particular answered all my questions and ensured my car was repaired properly. More

After shopping around at all the other Japenese car manufacturers my mother was the happiest, and most excited about the Toyota product. Not only because the RAV4 was the first vehicle that she felt truly excited about, but the salesman we dealt with; Clayton Hillyard was very knowledgeable and informative about the vehicle. He is a person who personally loves the product that he sells, and it can shows by how he explains the vehicles features, and benefits to buying a Toyota. He's a very kind and down to earth person, and does not push you into a vehicle you want, but instead shows you what is available and helps you look for what you want from a vehicle. Both my mother and I are not thrilled at all when she is pushed around and forced into trying to buy a vehicle on the spot. As I work in the auto industry I know a lot about the buisness, but I did not once feel as if we were getting the 'run' around from Clayton. Something I can't say about some of the other dealerships we went to. All around he was a super awesome person to deal with, and the whole experience from start to finish was phenomenal. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in a Toyota to go see Clayton. For the financing portion of our experience we dealt with Ryan Hunt who is another very friendly person to deal with, and was very informative, and helpful explaining any fiance questions my mother had. It was an excellent experience and there was no draw backs to dealing with Clayton or Ryan. If I could give them a 6/5 rating I would. More

Slow Service / Poor Alignment Up until the past few weeks, we have had fairly decent service at this dealership. However, things have recently changed in how we have been treated there. A few weeks ago, even with an appointment to get an oil change and tires rotated, my wife spent almost four hours sitting in Toyota on the Trail waiting for the service to be performed. Going into the fourth hour, I spoke with her and suggested that she get her vehicle and leave, and that we would find somewhere else to go. When she approached their service department about leaving, they got the work done and she was on her way. A few days ago, I had to get my wheels rotated and an oil change on my Tundra, and I had made an appointment for 8:00 am. I arrived at 7:30, and booked it in. Immediately a service representative told me that my wheels were out of alignment (at 25,300 km). I asked them to go ahead and align them, and I would pay the $140 for that service. At 10:30, the truck was ready, so I was lucky and only had to wait 2.5 hours past my appointed time, which I can live with. However, I brought my truck in with the steering wheel centered (level), and after the alignment, it was off center and tilted to the right. Upon getting home, I wrote to service department about the steering wheel, but I never heard anything back from them at all. Our 19 year old has a 2015 Tacoma. The day after I had my service, he took his truck in for an oil change with Toyota on the Trail. He got there at noon and drove into the oil lube bay. He then sat waiting for two hours, but nobody did anything with his vehicle. Not a very fast "speed lube". After waiting this time, he finally left, and took it to Leduc Hyundai's speed lube. They changed his oil with synthetic, for $69, and they had the vehicle out the door in twenty minutes After all of this I wrote to the Service Manager and also the General Manager, about the slow service they have been providing and the fact that they changed the position of my steering wheel during the alignment. Neither one has taken the time to contact me in any manner, not caring enough to try and rectify the concerns in any way. In any case, they have lost three customers, because we won't be going back.
