If you want a great dealership keep looking Thought because it was a Toyota dealership we would get great service. The staff weren't knowledgeable in the product's they sold. (Had to take the car back 3 times for a car starter setting.) When I went to go for a service 8000 km nobody mentioned that they only have 2 shuttle vans and they don't go to leduc. If you want anything they recommend a loaner but don't mention you have that option. On top of that it was an ordeal to get the deposit back. Though it was an ordeal the sales staff was pretty good. Great Dealership! I was in search of a new vehicle as mine was beginning to show its age so I was doing my research and settled on either Toyota or Mazda. I went to the Mazda dealership and my experience there was okay. I test drove the CX-3 and it was a good drive. I then went to Toyota on the Trail and the dealership was clean and friendly. I dealt with Ron Bute and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We went for a test drive and he explained all the features. I was even able to drive the vehicle for the whole test drive. I then bought the very Rav4 I test drove. The installation and servicing was extremely quick, taking roughly 2 days and I was able to pick up my vehicle. I am very impressed with the staff, management, and the dealership as a whole. I would recommend this dealership and will buy my next vehicle from here. More
