From start to fi My husband and I purchased his dream vehicle- a 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport a few weeks ago. Our Product Advisor was Abdallah Hayek. From start to finish, he made the process so easy. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, made suggestions that were in-keeping with what we desired and delivered on all his promises. He was friendly and made us feel valued- one of the best qualities of good customer service. We were shocked to hear that he is relatively new to the organization. His knowledge of the runnings of Toyota and sales was exceptional. He (and others) made our experience great! The vehicle is all we hoped for and more! We will be back, and have already told our family and friends of the exceptional service. More
False advertising, non-current CarFax report, and ripoffs!!! I went to Toyota on the Trail Jan. 17 or 18, 2019 after the purchase of another GoAuto VW Golf failed due to the vehicle delivered having 8,000 more k I went to Toyota on the Trail Jan. 17 or 18, 2019 after the purchase of another GoAuto VW Golf failed due to the vehicle delivered having 8,000 more kilometers on the odometer, than the vehicle we purchased, etc., etc., etc. At Toyota on the Trail, I attempted to purchase the 2018 Toyota Corolla iM stock #PW0408, advertised on their web site as having only 340 kilometers. Scam #1 - was when GoAuto added $500 onto the purchase agreement for their own anti-theft engraving that I outright refused, and the previous owner had already paid for. Web Link to CBC News removed Some Alberta auto dealers are adding hundreds of dollars to the negotiated price of the vehicles they sell, extras that buyers were told they had to pay, even though they are optional. Scam #2 - I am a previous GoAuto customer and should receive a $500 reduction for loyalty purchase. Declined because the car was for my wife. Web Link to Go Auto, gocard removed Save $500 off the second car you buy from Go Auto (and the third, and the fourth, etc.) Scam #3 - I should have received the $500 credit for referring a new customer, that you hear on the radio a thousand times a day. Declined because this does not apply to family members. Web Link to Go Auto, gocard removed Share your referral code with family and friends. All they have to do is present your code to their salesperson when purchasing their vehicle. A point I should mention. The above discounts or rewards were no problem. They were no problem as long as it was verbal, when I insisted they be put in writing on the purchase agreement, they were declined. Scam #4 - The CarFax report for this car indicated that it was sold last fall. I questioned how a car sold last fall only had 340 kilometers on it? I was told the car "MAY HAVE A FEW THOUSAND MORE KILOMETER ON IT THEN WAS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE" If this is not false advertising, I don't know what is. As with the first GoAuto vehicle we purchased and cancelled, Toyota on the Trail told me the car only came with one key and we would have to pay for the second key. Toyota on The Trail ..... ABSOLUTELY, WOULD NOT SELL ME THAT CAR AT THE ADVERTISED PRICE, with no additions, or any GoAuto discounts. IF YOU WANT TO GET HOSED, BUY FROM GOAUTO. More
Friendlyliest and moat honesy but severly disorganized. I loved the staff, very friendly, honest, helpful and no pressure tactics. However, I found the dealership to be extremly disorganized and my purchas I loved the staff, very friendly, honest, helpful and no pressure tactics. However, I found the dealership to be extremly disorganized and my purchase is turning into a headache. I bought my car, everthing went well but after the fact im getting calls on stuff that shouldve been dealt with before i took possession of the vehicle. Like i got a call about a coupon I used that supposedly wasnt the original one. It is what was emailed to me and its the managers job in my opinion to make sure that the coupon is the right one. Im just a customer, i used what i was given, how am i suppose to know there is another version with a code. Ok ill let his go fine. But then i got another call last night that when i had one of my trade in cars delivered by a tow truck, no one knows where the keys are. I get it, you need the keys but... I highly doubt the ama driver would drop it off and leave, im sure he gave them to the front desk and no one knows anything about it. So i think all staff need to communicate with eachother. This is turning into a big headache and im not happy. Dont get me wrong, i loved the purchasing experience here just not after the fact. My suggestion is to get these issues sorted out before the buyer buys the car so they arent called all the time. More

Condescending attitudes and flimsy excuses I am in the market for a fun small car and my research indicated that the toyota 86 is the perfect car for my needs. The dealership i went to, toyota I am in the market for a fun small car and my research indicated that the toyota 86 is the perfect car for my needs. The dealership i went to, toyota on the trail, told me flat out that they would not let me test drive the vehicle. Their reason being that they do not test drive rwd vehicles in the winter. This is despite weather conditions being excellent, road conditions were also excellent and traffic was supremely light. This experience has left me soured to the whole toyota experience. I felt as if I was a young teen wasting their time (i am 34 and fully employed). I will not shop at this dealer and will recommend that my friends look outside of toyota for their vehicle needs. More
