Don’t go near this dealership They give false mechanics reports and lie to try and cover up their mistakes. Stay away. Absolute joke. Vehicle was purchased August 28th. In and out of shop till end of September / mid October due to missed problems that were discovered by other shops that the admitted to skipping and leaving off our mechanics reports. brought in again end of April due to AC not working. Was told by 2 separate mechanics it was due to a missed major leak which caused our ac compressor to fail which TOT also said was there. Summer ended in Edmonton beginning of September They tried to say had to due with us using the Defrost which both of the separate mechanics said this is not the case. Including the one who fixed it in the end for us. TOT originally says if its their fault, because they have had many they will fix it. Asked us to lie to our insurance company so they could pay for it that was instead, yes was actually told to do this as we had the extended warranty. When they realized that ac was not covered under the plan they had us sign up for that is when they pulled out. More

Engine light Bought a 2015 on Sunday, by Saturday the check engine light was on. Turns out it needs a new thermostat. They said they couldn’t do anything because I Bought a 2015 on Sunday, by Saturday the check engine light was on. Turns out it needs a new thermostat. They said they couldn’t do anything because I can’t prove they knew about it. Fair enough, when I complained and said I was putting in a complaint with AMVIC he accused me of threatening him. Complete degenerate. I’ve seen criminals do the same thing, make accusations of belligerence and threats to get out of the situation and make themselves the victim. I was blown away, so I just cut ties and left before I said something stupid. I can’t believe this is happening in our City. Things have changed. More

For now, know this.... from the finance manager to sales and the actual car itself (check engine light came on BEFORE even driving off the lot) - purchasing a vehicle from this dealership has been THE WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had! UPDATE - As consumers seeking to purchase a vehicle, we are all hoping to interact with honest, trustworthy and ethical dealership employees. THIS DEALERSHIP OFFERS NONE OF THESE VIRTUES!!!! Instead of going into extreme detail about how this car buying experience was egregious and deplorable, I'll cut right to the point: IF YOU CHOOSE TO WALK INTO THIS DEALERSHIP - DO SO WITH EXTREME VIGILANCE!! From the 'Anti-thief Etch' fee they try to pawn off as a must pay (YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY IT - SAME WITH THE AMVIC FEE), to the incredibly shady and deceitful financial manager (Phadey Zakkour - who actually lied to my face about the content in a form which he wanted me to sign), to the car salesman (Jack) who completely disappeared once I started having engine problems - EVERY ASPECT OF MY EXPERIENCE WAS DEPLORABLE. Arrogance starts at the top! I had a very positive experience looking at used vehicle with Eli, although most had smashed windshields and didn't run like they had been mechanicall I had a very positive experience looking at used vehicle with Eli, although most had smashed windshields and didn't run like they had been mechanically inspected and reconditioned for sale. I made an appointment to drive a couple of vehicles in the evening, but when I arrived to do that, I was advised that I need to give a credit card number first! Now, I'm 49 years old and I've been buying vehicles for longer than most of the staff there have been alive - I've never had to provide a credit card to drive a vehicle I want to buy. So, maybe that is GoAuto's way of telling me to go somewhere else for my family's motoring needs. No problem, happy to oblige. More
