I've had all my servicing done at this dealership on my truck until recently. With two outstanding recalls and the service hours here, they could not accommodate me, and I took my truck to Gateway Toyota. truck until recently. The service department at on the trail over-torqued 3 of the 4 bolts on the skid plate, seizing them up. $170 to have them fixed. It's been nothing but countless problems at this dealership. I have less than 29,000 kms on my vehicle and should not be having problems at this point. More

I purchased a used car from this dealer. In their advertising it said that the price was the price of the car plus tax. In the business office $800.00 in extra fees were added to the deal. Ended up getting my money back through an AMVIC dispute. My sales guy Bobby was fantastic! The car was delivered with 200km more than when I made my offer on it and a maintenance light was on. Lucky me it was an Audi 115,000km service. Dealership cleared the code and sent me on the way without performing the service. More
Go auto was dishonest with me on two things the 699 fee the manager didn't want to waive it even if the first time they said they would discount it. Also i was offered a 200$ gocard credit by sms that they the manager didn't want to waive it even if the first time they said they would discount it. They only care about the money your experience is BS to them. More
