We came in to look at a vehicle and the sales guy Young Choi he wasn’t showing the price or the vehicle for the 2022 model he said it’s not on their website but prior to coming in I was already on the webs Choi he wasn’t showing the price or the vehicle for the 2022 model he said it’s not on their website but prior to coming in I was already on the website I was at another dealer where he showed me everything where I seen the prices he indicated at 2022 Corolla is not on his website he was insulting he told us that we were just shopping around when we were actually coming in to buy we didn’t just go into the dealer to hear all this we would’ve been actual customers future customers beware when we left we called the receptionist to speak to a manager the receptionist also was very rude there are a lot of hidden costs the vehicle that we seen at a previous dealer was the same price which was quoted however this price that was quoted to us was all in 29000 dealer was 34000 so take your due diligence not all dealers are the same More

CUSTOMER BEWARE! !! I left Toyota on the Trail today with a very sour taste in my mouth after one of the most disgusting experiences I have ever had with a salesper !! I left Toyota on the Trail today with a very sour taste in my mouth after one of the most disgusting experiences I have ever had with a salesperson and a dealership. My level of disgust exceeds even that which one normally expects for a used car lot rather than a large brand name dealership. My wife and I found an online ad for a used vehicle that was posted by the dealership, both on their own website and on AutoTrader so we chose to go in and check the vehicle out. We walked into the dealership and found a salesperson who was not busy who was ready to help us. We told the salesperson what vehicle we were interested in and asked to be able to go out on the lot to look at it. They insisted we sit down and that they would show us all of the paperwork before we went out to see the vehicle. After showing us a basically clean CARFAX report and multiple inspection reports with no notable details along with showing details in their system about how the vehicle had been on the lot for nearly six months and that they were ready to deal, the salesperson insisted on seeing and photocopying my driver's license before going out to see the vehicle in case we wanted to go for a test drive without returning inside first. After the salesperson has collected all my personal information, they go to get the keys from the sales manager before returning to tell us that the vehicle is being "wholesaler" because it is not up to their standards for sale on their lot (note the clean inspection and CARFAX reports mentioned above) and therefore is not available for sale. We pushed to be able to view the vehicle as we felt there was something fishy about all of the clean reports and nearly six months on the lot and suddenly it wasn't up to standards for sale. The salesperson finally relented and went to get the keys before returning to say the sales manager says the vehicle was no longer on their lot and had been sent to another dealership as it requires a new engine!!! All this after showing us the clean inspection reports!!! This clear bait and switch attempt by posting this used vehicle, providing the positive documentation, and collecting my personal information before suddenly saying it was wholesaled for needing too much work (a new engine) to be saleable. The false advertising, the bait and switch, the blatant information grab, and the reigning ignorance (I don't believe that salesperson couldn't see the inventory status when he was able to look up and show all of the prior false inspections). As my husband went to that office to see the car RAV4 XLE model but as he donot no so much English,He asked for Punjabi sales person he met sales person who speaks Punjabi. Then during conversation for car t model but as he donot no so much English,He asked for Punjabi sales person he met sales person who speaks Punjabi. Then during conversation for car they asked all the details which was given by Navdeep Singh,But that sales man told him if you want good deal you need to submit $1000 and you will get back if you donot want car that is refunadable and loan won’t be approved as you are working for skip,But within couple of days they approved the finance too.As my husband told that my wife is pregnant he has to discuss with wife first then he will make deal but he said donot worry you will get Gud deal you will get your money back as he asked to sign papers where he marked to sign when my husband did after that they put non refunadable stamp which is not good impression on us because everyone one has too visit every dealership for Gud deal this not the right way to treat customer,Yesterday I went with my husband and asked for refund as he the only one earning in house I am pregnant with 5 months of baby and I told them that will be at home for baby to handle for 2 years without earning we cannot afford car we need refund they were so rude they it’s our policy as we called mayfield toyata also they donot have This policy they donot ask customers to sign for non refunadable payment. They are asking for $1000 just for the sake of there sales when I asked to meet General Manager there sales person met me his name is Scott and which was not Gud impact on us they are playing games the behaviour with pregnant lady is so rude the person told me do whatever you want complainant where you want to we want refund money.I need my money back. After telling so many time that I can’t take so much of stress of this please return money they dint listened a word.
