I contacted the dealership to confirm the pricing and availability before traveling from Calgary to Edmonton to purchase the car. I was informed upon arrival that the actual cost of the the car was $ 41,998 + GST and financing charges (if any). Given I was going to pay cash, I was informed that I would also be required to pay an additional $ 10,000 deposit to ensure I wouldn't sell or export my car for 8 months. The price increase and the required deposit wasn't disclosed in their ad. I walked out reasonably unscathed except for travel and hotel expenses. I filed a bait and switch advertising complaint with AMVIC and plan to file a complaint with the Competition Bureau as well. More
Hi Sheevana, I am writing to let you know that I have asked you since the first days of purchasing my Highlander from you to cancel any warranty on this car, and you promised that the cheque for cancella asked you since the first days of purchasing my Highlander from you to cancel any warranty on this car, and you promised that the cheque for cancellation with come form the dealership I did not receive any of that. In the meantime, the LGM service sneaked into my bank account since then and kept withdrawing every month without my consent. I talked to LGM on the phone and they claimed that this is to be resolved by the dealership. I would like to confirm again I gave you notice of cancellation earlier in the first week of purchase and it was your duty to cancel out . So , I want to get reimbursed for the all payments withdrawn immediately and stop any further withdrawal for this warranty form my bank account as well. More

I am very confused why my manual transmission Toyota Corolla requires an AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION drain and fill. It really takes away my confidence in the service department to not only do the right thin Corolla requires an AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION drain and fill. It really takes away my confidence in the service department to not only do the right thing but also to have the ability to communicate well. Communication was terrible with no opportunity to ask questions. The service advisor, who knew I was about to pick up my vehicle disappeared and make himself scarce. He was friendly, but perhaps skills other than being friendly are required in the job. The $2000 in recommended maintenance that may, or may not be required, will be done elsewhere. PS - please do not recommend calling as I have already tried that and I don't need to hear more lame excuses about how your computer system works. More
Never buy used car from them. I bought 2018 Nissan Rogue. After 3 days axel and transmission box broke. They have to send to Nissan dealership to fix it. Been 3 weeks not fixed ye I bought 2018 Nissan Rogue. After 3 days axel and transmission box broke. They have to send to Nissan dealership to fix it. Been 3 weeks not fixed yet. I don’t they car inspection is real or fake. How can a car broken after 3rd day and they gave me clean car inspection wow. I hope my review can help some other peoples. Won’t hassle their worst experience. Even AMVIC said if you knew issue was there before you bought car. You can still get refund back or exchange your car even used one. I even know email store CEO never reply me. Anyways never ever go to that dealership. For used car get your own inspection from outside that might help you. They have their own handy man to says no problem or write fake inspection may be. More
Beware of this dealership, check all the details especially if coming from out of town! Negotiated a deal on a vehicle with 107,000 km on it. Found out the night before, after we had paid our depo especially if coming from out of town! Negotiated a deal on a vehicle with 107,000 km on it. Found out the night before, after we had paid our deposit and secured the funds we needed, that it was actually 107,000 MILES (170,000 km). Drove up the next morning as planned expecting that some sort of concession would be made - even a free lunch. But no, we were told they think that they can sell it for the same price even though the mileage was almost double so take it or leave it. PLUS lose our deposit. We bought it anyway because it meets our needs and we are really happy with it but the business practices here are definitely a little shady!! More
