Hi BurnedBiscuits, We're sorry to hear that you feel that way. Upon investigation, it turns out that you left a deposit for a vehicle and signed an offer to purchase, operating on the assumption that your credit profile would qualify for the quoted bi-weekly payments. It's crucial to note, that our offer to purchase always states "O.A.C./On Approved Credit". After sitting with you, completing a credit application, and submitting this to our lenders; it was determined that you were unable to qualify for the vehicle which you had selected (older make/model, less-desirable unit for the bank, etc.). If you do not qualify for financing for said-vehicle under the terms and conditions which you signed off on, then unfortunately you do not have entitlement to "First Right of Refusal".
