Hired child care for my kids so i could make it on time. Got there and they told me they didnt have any airbags and id have to reschedule for another day!! Livid, why would they tell me to come on that day and not have airbags ?? Isnt that the whole point of scheduling an appointment?? Dealt with Rodney who sat there with a smug grin the whole time, with absolutely no initiative to help resolve the situation. Total unprofessional, smug, jerk. I will never deal with this place again. Save your time and money and go somewhere else! More

Story #1 Came in for a service maintenance. Came back to get the car and drove a couple block to realize that it was making a weird noise. Went back to the dealership and told them. They checked the car and found a small rock in one of the brake pads and unapologetically told me that they didn't put it there... Implying that I was responsible for that. No supervisor was present that day (Saturday). So I left a message to call me when possible to discuss. A week goes by and no news. I call and leave another message and still to this day no one as called me back for that. Story #2 I get an appointment to put my winter tires on. Take the car there. Wait 3 and a half hours and come back to get the car. I pay and drive off only to realize that they did not change the tires!!!! I had to change my schedule to go back the next day and told me that they would offer me a rental car which they did. After actually doing the tire change I sat down with one of their managers (his name is Jeremy) and the only thing that he could tell me is that he did not understand how that could happen... Did not offer me any compensation until I asked and half apologized. When I told him about the pebble incident he basically told me that it was my responsibility! Bottom line: I like the car but because of the lack of caring from that dealership I don't want another Honda. Toronto Honda is giving the car maker a bad name. More

I drive 40+ from Vaughan to Toronto just so I can have piece of mind, because their counterparts in Vaughan, have left a very bad taste in my mouth. More

I purchased a CR-V with added-on roof rails and crossbars, told they could be installed within the week. When I picked up the vehicle, it hadn't been completed and when I brought the vehicle back to have the installation completed, the wrong parts had been ordered, leaving me without the car even longer. All of the people there were friendly when they were available, but there are just not enough staff to adequately deal with customers most of the time. More
