Hello, It is difficult to respond to this issue without proper details. We cannot investigate without having a VIN, cust name or number and so on. As for the tires, they were not installed by the dealer, they are Original Equipment and were on the vehicle when purchased. Tires are not covered by the standard Toyota factory warranty, but rather the tire manufacturer (in this case Michelin). Perhaps Michelin can offer assistance, something Frisby too could have done, since they are a Michelin retailer. We would recommend you call me, Sam Gueli, at the number below and supply the required information so that I can look into the "discontinued" tire. Hello Pierre, We do not practice this or any other tactics to 'generate work' - our positive reputation in the Ottawa area is based on 45 years of the highest level of client service we can achieve. Our labour rates are competitive with, or in many cases lower than other dealerships in the area, and the times quoted for any service work are standardized times generated by Toyota Canada. Yes we are a Drive Clean accredited facility, which means that we must also adhere to the Ontario Government's standardized pricing for all Drive Clean tests. You will pay the same amount anywhere in Ontario. As for the radiator test you mention, we do not sell any service called 'radiator test'. We are unsure of what you are referring to. Our system does not have any records under Pierre Marc. Perhaps the vehicle is under a different name?
