New car warranty issue Hi, I have a 1 year old car ( 20,000km) under bumper to bumper warranty Purchased in Tony Graham Toyota, Ottawa, ON. The car came with Michelin Prima Hi, I have a 1 year old car ( 20,000km) under bumper to bumper warranty Purchased in Tony Graham Toyota, Ottawa, ON. The car came with Michelin Primacy MXV4 tires. This week I lost pressure in the driver front tire when driving on a highway, it was inflated in seconds so the tire was destroyed. I managed to slow down and drive to the next exit. I called Tony Graham and was told that the Michelin tires are not under road hazard warranty and the car warranty does not cover this type of event. I went then to Frizbi Tires in Ottawa, they checked the tire and I was told that this Michelin tires model were discontinued and that the tire wire belts are destroyed and they have to order this tire. It will cost 260$ to repair. My question is: Does Tony Graham Toyota in Ottawa installed a discontinued tire model on a car? that does not provide a road hazard warranty on it's tires? Were these particular tires discontinued because of a fault in production or a problem with this tire model? Thank you Joseph More

Way too expensive, even compared to other Toyota dealers in the National Capital Region. The labor was estimated at 2.8. Somewhere else they billed just 2 units. Same applies for Drive Clean Test. Same applies for radiator test. They always need to charge more. More
Second Tony Graham toyota rip off Quoted me $7000.00 to repair 2003 4runner. Told me vehicle needed numerous repairs including complete timing chain cam advance mechanism, Oil control valve, as well as numerous more associated parts. I was then told that the vehicle was not worth it HOWEVER the mechanic was willing to pay $500 to take off my hands... I Took 4runner to another garage and $400.00 later vehicle is fixed. PROPERLY. They checked timing chain which is perfect, They replaced OIL control valve and problem solved! This is a second Toyota that I have owned and brought to a Tony Graham dealership and the its the second time and second dealership that has tried this on me and my wife. More

Leasing a new Vehicle On February 28th, we went into the dealership to look at the option of an early end-of-lease for our 2011 Rav4. We knew we wanted another Rav4 and my On February 28th, we went into the dealership to look at the option of an early end-of-lease for our 2011 Rav4. We knew we wanted another Rav4 and my husband had spent some time online looking at options, so we were able to get right into negotiations. Our Sales Associate, Ian Blais, was extremely courteous and attentive to our wishes. He was able to negotiate a very acceptable deal with us and we were off to see Jay Routliff to close the deal. The car we wanted was not on the lot, but they were able to find it and bring it in within a week. We were having our winter tires and rims removed from the 2011 Rav4 and put into storage, and having the summer tires pulled from storage and put on the 2011, and all of that was handled beautifully. Vehicle delivery and paperwork went smoothly and Ian has been attentive to a couple of issues on that front, making sure we have everything we should. We have dealt with Tony Graham since 2002 and this is the 4th vehicle we have leased through them. The Sales staff are excellent, and I do not believe you could find better Service Staff, hours or customer care anywhere in Canada. In short, yes we will be back, and yes we will (and often have) recommended Tony Graham to friend and acquaintances. Norm & Edie Kelly More

FRIENDLY STAFF I didn't end up buying a car here because they didn't have the color I wanted. It was a great experience though.
