When we decided it was time to trade in our 2002 and 2005 Toyota's we didn't consider going anywhere else. Guy Veilleux made the whole process smooth and stress free. We had to wait a while to get the colour of car we wanted and it was worth the wait. So far we are very happy with our 2017 Camry. Overall a very pleasant experience. More

My wife and two daughters and I had visited many other dealerships. Jody was the only one who inquired about what my needs are and what my wife's needs are...all the other dealership's salespeople pretty much ignored my wife and kids. Jody was easy to talk to and answered all of of our questions without resorting to bad-mouthing other brands of vehicles or being condescending. We are now the happy owners of a Highlander Hybrid! More
2017 Corolla XSE - Very frustrated Recently tried to purchase a new 17 Corolla from TG Toyota but without success.. Had previously purchased a Tacoma and RX 350 from TG Lexus since 200 Recently tried to purchase a new 17 Corolla from TG Toyota but without success.. Had previously purchased a Tacoma and RX 350 from TG Lexus since 2008. I was very disappointed with the minimal amount of negotiation room or willing to make a deal with me on the Corolla. I realize it is a new model year but I did not feel like a valued customer. I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere. More
2012 Highlander Repair This past summer I took my 2012 Highlander in for repair, it took this dealership 2 visits to actually fix the problem even though, I gave them a deta This past summer I took my 2012 Highlander in for repair, it took this dealership 2 visits to actually fix the problem even though, I gave them a detailed description of the issues, and all they had to do was take it for a test drive to "feel the issues", also receptionist (service desk) was quite rude, second time around. So I took the Highlander into the dealership as the vehicle was moving from side to side, once you got to around 80kmh, which I explained to the dealership when I dropped off the car. This first time they indicated they found the issue and it was going to cost $700, which I was happy about, but when I drove it off the lot and got it up to 80kmh, still had the same issue, frustrating, as I had to make another appointment to fix the same issue that I identified. When I took it back the second time I asked the receptionist if they took it for a test drive the first time around to verify if they actually fixed the problem, and she indicated that there are no roads that they can go 80kmh, even though the speed limit on Hunt Club is 80kmh. This second round cost me $1700 as the "knuckle" needed replacement, which they should have done in the first place. So essentially they did a repair that did not fix the issue, so I spent $700 for no reason. More

I trusted his advice and I'm happy with my purchase. I'm keenly aware that most decisions are made through an internal hierarchy but I feel confident that James went to bat for me.
