Stuff happens Had a repair issue at Tony Graham Toyota. Did not realize the problem until I was in Florida with my Highlander. Went to Lakeland Toyota to have the differential leak evaluated. There they told me the differential had to be replaced because it was strongly to not drive it back to Canada. I had to get another one installed there. Back in Ottawa I contacted Sam Gieli, the service manager. Being the professional that he is, he fully reimbursed me the cost of the Florida dealership, and in US dollars. I must say he bent over backwards to resolve the issue. Thanks so very much Sam. More

A lot of equity on the returned car. I call this a smart way to deal with customers. Many dealerships don’t see it. This is the way you keep your customers. This is the reason I returned my previous leased car to Tony Graham Toyota, and not to the dealership I initially leased it from. When we decided it was time to trade in our 2002 and 2005 Toyota's we didn't consider going anywhere else. Guy Veilleux made the whole process smooth and stress free. We had to wait a while to get the colour of car we wanted and it was worth the wait. So far we are very happy with our 2017 Camry. Overall a very pleasant experience. More
