We contacted several Toyota dealerships asking for the BEST price they can offer for a serious buyer. Out of all the dealerships we contacted, Guy Veilleux from the Tony Graham is the only sales person who gave us an actual deal price over a phone conversation (without making us to come to the dealership). Everyone else gave us the internet price that you can just get off the website, nothing special. They just want us to come in to negotiate but we needed a car quickly and didn't want to waste time. Guy understood where we stand and gave us a real deal without pushing us to come in. Ironically, other dealers started to offer all the great prices once we told them that we are going for the Tony Graham, some gave us even a bit of better deal than Tony Graham BUT we highly respect Guy's honest treatment for his customers and we just felt confident that we are dealing with someone we can trust. We also really liked the Financial Manager, Dale Thompson who helped us getting even a better financing rate. They both took so much time to explain everything we need to know and never been pushy to sell something we didn't need. We highly recommend Tony Graham to anybody looking for non hassle, non stress purchase experience. More

Went to Lakeland Toyota to have the differential leak evaluated. There they told me the differential had to be replaced because it was strongly to not drive it back to Canada. I had to get another one installed there. Back in Ottawa I contacted Sam Gieli, the service manager. Being the professional that he is, he fully reimbursed me the cost of the Florida dealership, and in US dollars. I must say he bent over backwards to resolve the issue. Thanks so very much Sam. More

A lot of equity on the returned car. I call this a smart way to deal with customers. Many dealerships don’t see it. This is the way you keep your customers. This is the reason I returned my previous leased car to Tony Graham Toyota, and not to the dealership I initially leased it from.
