Sales rep lied to me about the pre-sale service that should have been included in the price - and it was never done of course. He was ready to promise anything to close the sale. When I reached sales managers to address issues, their answer was: "Well, his sales are high..." It's unbelievable that managers are aware of the unethical sales practices employed at this dealership. I burned hard, and learned my lesson. I do NOT recommend this dealership. More
