The cost to repair my car was way more than I had expected it to be. Shawn helped get most of the work covered by warranty and Toyota absorbed some of the cost. The staff also literally went the extra mile to ensure my needs were met by taking a car to my mechanic to perform a third party inspection. Terrilble Sales department Sales people are not knowledgeable about the product. They keep bothering you with calls on the time when you specifically asked NOT to call. Sales rep lied to me about the pre-sale service that should have been included in the price - and it was never done of course. He was ready to promise anything to close the sale. When I reached sales managers to address issues, their answer was: "Well, his sales are high..." It's unbelievable that managers are aware of the unethical sales practices employed at this dealership. I burned hard, and learned my lesson. I do NOT recommend this dealership. More

She answered all my questions and emails right away and I never had to wait for answers. There was no 'hard sell' tactics, no real pressure to get extras I didn't want or need, and the whole experience was positive. More
