The level of customer service that I received was excellent. Dealing with Greg changed my perspective about Toyota. Greg treated me with respect, he was very efficient and he handled my problem in a professional manner. My experience was excellent especially in contrast with the previous bad experience I had at Mendez Toyota when my car was scratched by the car placer in the Mendez Toyota’s parking lot. More
good service and excellent sales person When my 2001 Camry shows signs of age, I started looking for the replacement car. I went the dealer that I bought my Camry in 2001 ( the one on Bank S When my 2001 Camry shows signs of age, I started looking for the replacement car. I went the dealer that I bought my Camry in 2001 ( the one on Bank St.) the moment I walked in, a couple sales people jumped on me asking if they could help me. When I said that I just wanted to look around first and have some idea about my next car but I won't be buying until my current Camry giving me any trouble, all of them showed signs of disinterest and walked away fast! Then I visited Tony Graham Toyota, the moment that I walked in, the receptionist asked me if I needed any sales person, I answered the same. She told me to look around and please come back to her asking for a sales person when I felt ready, she told me no one would approach me or jump on me until I was ready to talk to a sales person! I was able to check out all the cars, sit in them, look them without any interruption . I liked it much better. Later on I asked for a sales person, they introduced me to Ashley Wang. I told her that I wasn't buying anything that day, or maybe not that year for that matter! She was very pleasant and understanding, she said " no problem, I'll show you the vehicle that you think you'd like to own whenever you are ready!" We went for a test drive, she showed me all the new features on the new Camry, and she compared my Camry with the new one, surprisingly she knew a lot about my old 2001 Camry! I bought my new Camry two days later and I have been very happy about my new car! I highly recommend Tony Graham Toyota and Ashley Wang! More
Getting a sales person is like pulling teeth I went into Tony Graham Toyota (Merival and Hunt Club) to start the search for a small truck to replace aging Mazda. There are only two makers of smal I went into Tony Graham Toyota (Merival and Hunt Club) to start the search for a small truck to replace aging Mazda. There are only two makers of small trucks Toyota and Nissan. My wife had previously bought from TGT so I thought I'd start there. We were ignored for at least 15 minutes after we entered the customer free show room. Finally we had to go over to the reception desk to ask for a salesperson. Two were there, one sitting and one standing. As soon as we walked up the one standing walked away. The receptionist said that the one sitting would help us to which he rolled his eyes and groaned. He didn't seem to know too much about the Tacoma and it showed in his description of the vehicle. When asked "why Toyota over Nissan" his basic arrgument was "Nissan Sucks". We went for a test drive which was fine but upon return we were met with "Sign here to buy the truck. Why aren't you buying the vehicles right now?". No negotiation, the price is the price. Basically the feeling was "We're Toyota and we don't have to do anything to get you to buy one of our vehicle". All in all not a very nice experience. Hunt Club Nissan ended up getting my business. They were attentive as soon as we walked through the door and worked hard to make a fair deal. Tony Graham Toyota doesn't seem to understand that there are other options out there and bad service will prompt people to seek out those options. I know I did and I'm very glad for it!!!! More
So when to this dealer 2 weeks ago to look at a 2014 Toyota Tundra 1794 edition Didn't test drive and was willing to buy that night. When I got into discussion about price I asked what discount they c Toyota Tundra 1794 edition Didn't test drive and was willing to buy that night. When I got into discussion about price I asked what discount they could offer and they flat out said with the current reduced interest rate that Toyota was offering they couldn’t do anything. So basically if I wanted it it was full MSRP. Then I told the sales person I would need to think about it. She then proceeded to call her “Sales Manager Colin M”. Needless to say he’s the rudest person you can imagine. As soon as he walked up to me he was like what it is going to take for you to buy right now. How much can we make 1000$ - 500$ I was amazed at his demeanour and that the owner would let someone talk to potential customers like that. Rude cannot begin to describe Colin’s attitude. He made me feel like I was bothering him from something more important. The whole time he was being rude to me he was looking elsewhere and talking to other salesman walking by. On a personal note I own several businesses and if I ever had an employee treat one of my customers the way Colin at Tony Graham seems to treat people daily he wouldn’t even see the door hit him on the way out of my business. A lost customer for life Jimmy More
Just stay away from this dealership and save your time and effort for someplace else. Let me be clear on this, Employees at the Merivale location (I have nothing but praise for their Kanata location) eith and effort for someplace else. Let me be clear on this, Employees at the Merivale location (I have nothing but praise for their Kanata location) either hate their jobs and desperately want to get kicked out ASAP or they think every customer is a fool who can be bullied into buying the car they will be "told" to buy. I have never seen a place as messed up as this. If I have caught your attention, please read on to find out why. I am currently in the market for a new car. Long story short, I got an offer from an out-of-town dealership for a Camry V6 that is difficult (but not impossible) to beat and on Saturday, I happened to be at the TG Kanata location (waiting for oil change for my wife's car). So, I struck up a conversation with one of their sales folks and he was kind enough to try to beat that offer. He got very close, but there was a minor problem: no car to test drive. Yup, I could try out the I4 Camry, but I really wanted to try the car (V6) I was considering to buy. According to the management, trying out the Avalon was not an option they would give me although it had the same V6 engine. Anyhow, I thanked them for their offer (which was almost there), we shook hands and I drove off after my wife's car was serviced. After two days, I got a call on Tuesday from TG Kanata and the lady on the phone told me that there is a Camry V6 waiting for me at their Merivale location for a test drive. I thanked her and told them we would be there at the agreed time. When we got there, we asked the receptionist to call someone from sales explaining her that we were sent by their Kanata location for a Camry V6 test drive. Then, this salesperson came from his desk, looking somewhat annoyed about having to leave his warm chair. After the usual introductions, he asked me (repeatedly) why I was buying a V6 when I4 was just as good if not better? I told him that I had already made up my mind on that and he could not possibly change it and I also told him that I already had a better offer their Kanata location was trying to beat. Suddenly, he started ranting about his 20 years in business of selling cars and then told me to go and buy from the out-of-town dealership since they had a better offer for me already. He then turned around and said that I would have to pay them 50 bucks to get a test drive and his time was valuable (well, so is mine) and so on and so forth. I told him that I the folks at the other dealership already knew about the offer in hand and they were still working on beating that offer. He said, once again, that his time was valuable (like mine was not). He was just idly sitting at his desk until his name was called, such a great use of "valuable time". He did a great job and killed the sale the others at the Kanata location were trying so hard to make. Now, I will not buy a thing from them if they paid me to take it for free. He made sure it would not happen -ever-. Save yourself the grief folks, stay away, stay safe and don't even consider asking for anything from these people who have do not even deserve to be in business. More

The issue I brought my car in for was repaired but a new one immediately emerged due to sloppy workmanship. Tried to reach the service manager to no avail - this location is seriously understaffed - I could one immediately emerged due to sloppy workmanship. Tried to reach the service manager to no avail - this location is seriously understaffed - I couldn't get past the unconcerned teenager at the service counter to speak to anyone of any use. Someone is supposedly calling back but that was hours ago & I'm not holding my breath. I wish I had read the multitude of poor reviews before I stepped foot in this location - BUYER BEWARE!! More
ery difficult to deal with when trying to buy a new vehicle. Tried a few time to get pricing and kept getting the run around. They simply don't understand how to deal with customers. Everything is a se vehicle. Tried a few time to get pricing and kept getting the run around. They simply don't understand how to deal with customers. Everything is a secret. I did not get the information i was looking for and salesman were very inexperienced. Someone followed up from my visit and told me that a manager would call me back. No-one called me back...guess business is really good for Tony Graham Toyota. I have purchased a new vehicle from another dealership. They can learn a few thing from Civic Motors, Bel Aire Toyota to name a few...these are good examples of how dealerships should treat customers. More
I went to the Tony Graham Toyota with a friend of mine to take the delivery of his new car. We noticed a small discrepancy in the total vehicle price in the contract and monthly instalment total. This sales take the delivery of his new car. We noticed a small discrepancy in the total vehicle price in the contract and monthly instalment total. This sales rep. could not make it clear to us why that happened rather got very upset and told me not to talk since I'm not the customer. Plus started "shouting" at us saying we were late and made her wait for 30 mins. It was a very awkward moment for me and my friend. Sales/Customer-Service Manager Jennifer stepped in and solved the issue quickly. In any case, I looked at a board where we saw that H. Fu has 95% customer satisfaction rating. My friend and I were really surprised to see that - if that is the case, I wonder about the rest of the sales rep. who had less satisfaction rating! Good luck! More
We were shopping for a car and decided to look at used Toyota Corolla's. We had a few cars in mind, one of which was at Tony Graham on Merivale. As it turns out, the car we had in mind smelled, had stai Toyota Corolla's. We had a few cars in mind, one of which was at Tony Graham on Merivale. As it turns out, the car we had in mind smelled, had stains on the seats, although the sales person said it hadn't been cleaned. The test drive was just okay. We asked if the price was negotiable, and the sales person went away and came back without bringing the price down at all. We told him we had other cars on our list that we also wanted to see. He got snippy with us, demanding to know why we wouldn't just buy the car. We said there was another one at Orleans Toyota that had less kilometrage and was $1000 cheaper that we wanted to look at. He followed us as we were leaving and said, "Thanks for not killing me", whatever that meant. It was awful there, we felt pressured, and we would never, ever go back. We went to Orleans Toyota and were met with friendly, professional people who were not pushy or demanding. The car we test-drove was cheaper, ran smoother, smelled brand new, and the entire process was fast, efficient and actually pleasant. We bought the car. More
