We went back and forth between new 2018 and the remaining 2017s. He was helpful, open, and easy with answering questions. He, probably based on training, was reluctant to give me his best price, instead asking what price would get the deal done. This may seem like a way to get more out of the buyer than he absolutely had to; however, in the end, I am fine with this approach since what matters is whether the buyer is happy with the product and the price. Overall, I feel that Tony Graham Toyota provided a good experience and a good product. I would recommend Tan as a representative. A couple of words of caution: new cars come with many sensors, and I was told that the typical anti-rust treatment (putting holes in the doors and spraying in) would void the warranty, and therefore if you want to rust-proof your car you almost have to take their package; and, be ready to take your time since there is always lots of paperwork and lots of after sales selling for things like extended warranties and more. More

Worst Service Ever Very bad experience and worst dealership ever. I got my Toyota corolla 2016 used one on Sep 29, 2017. I drove this car for two days start giving me problems, no oil was changed, coolant level was low, car was not even clean and my car steering was unbalanced and make noises while turning left. I went to dealership on 10/04/2017 for all this problems to fix and ask them if they did inspection before delivering the vehicle no document provided. They changed oil, coolant and book me for steering wheel problem to fix on 10/10/2017. They changed spiral cable on 10/10/2017 but problem was still exiting not fixed wasted my time meanwhile my engine check light turned on now they book me again for some other parts to replace to fix it on 10/25/2017. Not even three weeks I had so many problems already god knows what is going to be happened next be careful when you buy used car from them don’t even drive out of the parking without checking every single thing in your vehicle. More

Completely lost my trust I was very disappointed by this interaction throughout. The dealership tried to sell me an extended warranty on the car, when it had been paid before I was very disappointed by this interaction throughout. The dealership tried to sell me an extended warranty on the car, when it had been paid before by the previous owner. This would have given the dealership 100% profit on the extended warranty had I fell for it. Then upon delivery, I noticed dents on the car and chips in the windshield that were not identified by the dealership. When I go to an expert in any field, I expect to get an honest picture of what I am getting. I feel they were dishonest, tried to hide things from me and made up a bunch of stories about the extended warranty that do not hold. I will avoid going to Tony Graham in the future and go out of my way to make sure I never deal with them again. More
