Hello Krishan, Everything you are stating is lacking significant information and puts your concern completely out of context. We repaired the issues in a timely manner - which would have been rectified much quicker if you had shown up for the first set of appointments we set aside for you. We also provided you with a loaner while your vehicle was getting repaired under warranty. We had done an oil change on the vehicle when it first arrived on our lot, however, you requested an additional oil change, which we granted even though we recommended you do it at the proper service interval. You decided to have it done early. Your 2016 Toyota Corolla was detailed by our department prior to delivery, you did notice some small stains which we missed, and we offered an additional detailing at not charge. This also got performed later as you missed this appointment as well. We provide ALL of our clients that buy a pre-owned vehicle with a 7-day unlimited KM vehicle exchange program and a 7-day unlimited KM warranty. You chose NOT to exercise your right to exchange it as you expressed you were happy with the selection and just wanted these items addressed. Hello Mr. Bernard Guite, You're right, the previous owner did protect their vehicle with an extended warranty. In order to transfer warranty from one client to another, we have a very small time frame to complete the transfer, unfortunately when you bought the car, that window of opportunity had already expired. We do recommend extended warranties to everyone as it does provide additional coverage and peace of mind. We provide all used cars with a 7-day/unlimited km hassle-free exchange, and a 7-day/unlimited km full coverage warranty. If you are not fully happy with the vehicle, please feel free to contact me to exchange it for another. It would be my pleasure to help you pick a different car you'll be more happy with!
