Tony Graham reliability versus deception Staff was attentive and worked with me to resolve an issue on my trade in Rav4. They sold me a used Corolla at a fair price that has proven to be reli Staff was attentive and worked with me to resolve an issue on my trade in Rav4. They sold me a used Corolla at a fair price that has proven to be reliable. However, the downsides (and I intend to deal with them on these issues) were that they had buffed out lots of scratches with some colour match agent and now all the scratches have surfaced within a few months; and the car originally belonged to a heavy smoker, and while originally hidden with new car fragrances, that heavy smoker odour has returned; and the passenger side seat heater does not work. I pointed that out at the test drive and they promised to fix it but they didn't. Good sales attention and fair price overshadowed by some deceptive behaviour and a broken promise. Overall not happy.
