Buying our used car was actually fun and enjoyable. There was no pressure from anyone and the finance manager is even helping to get us a refund on our old warranty due to our recent write off which was very very helpful and appreciated as we were already out so much money due to the accident in the first place. I wish salesman and/ or their managers would just give the best price possible in the beginning. Going back and forth is quite exhausting and turns people off. In the end the trade in was not pursued. The purchasing experience itself is quite detailed with all the different options available. The staff were quite pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. When I went to pick up the car it was another 1.5 hours of going through all the paperwork. I realize this is a necessary evil, but again the staff were very thorough and helpful. Loved the red carpet service!!!! Amazing. More
