Great Service - Love the Red Carpet! Except for what I was first offered for a trade in, everything else went very well. I wish salesman and/ or their managers would just give the best price possible in the beginning. Going back and forth is quite exhausting and turns people off. In the end the trade in was not pursued. The purchasing experience itself is quite detailed with all the different options available. The staff were quite pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. When I went to pick up the car it was another 1.5 hours of going through all the paperwork. I realize this is a necessary evil, but again the staff were very thorough and helpful. Loved the red carpet service!!!! Amazing. More
