He suggested that I test drive the Carolla after some conversation about what I wanted and needed in a new car. I had never driven a Toyota before and was pleasantly surprised at what they had to offer! Although I had originally planned on financing the car, I decided to lease it for 39 months. Taylor went above and beyond for me, walking me through every feature of my new vehicle and making sure I had no unanswered questions about anything along the way. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle! More

They may push me towards something I didn’t want, or show a lack of knowledge about their products. Dealing with Loren and Aaron at Tony Graham Kanata was the complete opposite experience. The knowledge and patience in explaining differences and features and answering my sometimes odd questions lead to a stress free buying experience and a high level of satisfaction with my new (to me) Camry. Bought new car with defective features - Donna & Jack R. I have been dealing with this dealership for 6 years and was always very happy with the service. In Oct. 2017, my wife and I purchased a 2018 Camry XS I have been dealing with this dealership for 6 years and was always very happy with the service. In Oct. 2017, my wife and I purchased a 2018 Camry XSE. During the negotiations, the salesman went over all the new features of the car. We bought the car and three weeks later took delivery. At the time of delivery, the salesman mentioned that the GPS would have to be paired with my wife's cellphone. When I questioned this statement, he went on to explain that the GPS system ran through her cellphone using it's data. I was incredulous and questioned the logic of having to pay for cellphone data when using the GPS. He then called one of the managers over to explain that he had driven a similar car to Toronto days earlier and had used the GPS system and it required minimal data. I told the salesman at this time that if I had known about this system at the time, I would not have purchased this model. For weeks and months, my wife tried to use the GPS and it would never connect. After several texts and calls to the salesman, we were told that a fix was in the making. I then contacted Toyota Canada and told that this was not a common problem and they would contact Tony Graham to rectify the situation. After several days and no response from anyone, my wife found an article on the internet where Toyota was saying that this problem was with all XSE and Sienna. They had been working to rectify the situation for weeks. I requested a meeting with the general manager. I met with the sales manager and general manager who appeared quite concerned and offered to do the impossible if I wanted to get another car with an embedded GPS system. After trying to negotiate with the sales manager because I thought the difference in cash required to make a new deal was too much, my complaint has been dropped like a hot potato. I tried calling the general manager and left a message but he did not call me back. Two calls to Toyota Canada have produced no results and no return calls. Awaiting possible call back after my third call. I am really disappointed with the way Tony Graham Toyota Kanata has handled this transaction. I feel I was misled and then expected to pay way too much for having believed their salespeople and managers. I have purchased 3 cars from Tony Graham in the last 6 years but do not plan to ever purchase from them again because of this situation. More

I went down the road to Kanata Toyota and was met with friendly, knowledgeable staff that made the car purchasing experience a breeze. They were able to arrange a credit on my purchase to offset the mileage overage on my lease AND they paid for a rental vehicle for the time period between dropping off my leased vehicle and pickup of my new Toyota. More
